“Best vets hands down. They love their animals so much and it really makes that difference. Pricing is very good too. Only thing receptionist was not very friendly when I paid my bill in cash. She seemed to be annoyed by this fact but the vets there are lovely and I would recommend to anyone”

Also a special thanks to Candi for going above and beyond to help with dietary needs etc 2019 **** The woman with red hair on reception was LOVELY! Last time I didn’t have a great experience but this time... wow! She was so so lovely and accommodating. After having a csection and having to arrange a lift to pets at home that day, she explained that I would have to order and come back the next day for treatment. I apologised for not knowing and explained I would need to get a lift the following day (not expecting her to change the rules) She said “you know what... we aren’t busy let me go and sort that for you. It will save you getting someone to bring you back down.” She asked me about the baby etc She was personable and so so understanding She went above and beyond out of her way to help me That is customer service at its finest!!! Well done for getting someone like her on board! It makes such a difference to your day when you come across gems like that!!! Thank you! Please make sure this feedback gets back to her!! We had the traumatic experience of having to remove his eye and the after - care of this and the care of his second eye which ,due to the upmost care,knowledge and professionalism of the vets, is now healed. “I’m one of those shoppers who scrutinise the labels to check what ingredients everything has as well as trying to eat as ‘clean’ as possible. I will shop in 3-4 supermarkets to cut down my weekly expenditure but recently, Aldi is my ‘Go To’ store. I have to say that I am seriously impressed with the quality ( and the price ) of all fresh meats, hams, chicken and fish. I also love that their fresh produce mostly comes from British farms. I am not vegetarian but there is a good selection to choose from if you are. Gluten free produce is also available. I can recommend their Sirloin steaks, Fresh Salmon, Cooked and uncooked Chicken Breasts, Beef ( joint and minced) Wiltshire Ham and their eggs are extra good value. On those items alone, I save between £10-15 per shop. I can also recommend Aldi ice creams/lollies ( special treat days) as they taste just as good as the branded ones but considerably cheaper. It’s a pleasant ‘quick’ shop but I have to admit that I spend a ridiculous amount of time down the ‘Isle of Shame’ Everyone loves a bargain right?!!”

“It maybe a mini version of a usual H&B store, but, the staff here are so helpful, resourceful having vested interest in the welfare of the customer over just selling anything off the rack. Special thanks to Lesley and Antonina, they have always been nice to my family, given us useful tips, advises and product information. Also on how best we can use our H&B loyalty card and deals to save money. They even sweetly pamper my little one and she loves going to the store for her dose of healthy snacks. As the store is small, I usually order my items online and it quickly gets delivered for pick up from this local store. I have been visiting H&B stores for years, but, when we moved local, I found the service in this store way more personalised, warm and welcoming. Keep up the great work!”

“Love Wilko's in Orpington, always a great range of good, sensibly priced products. The staff are always helpful and ready to assist. Will be an absolute shame if Wilko's went the same way as Woolworths and were consigned to history. People, get away from your screens, off line, and save your high street, you'll miss it when it's gone.”

“In Sainsbury's Beckenham the staff's are really good. They are always ready to help when you need to look for something that you want to buy but couldn't find where it was located. They are very friendly especially Debbie.”

“To be hounest when i first used the shop they didnt seem to welcome me and there paypoint never worked i was kinda put off by this, i know paypoints are a zero mark up profit so i guess they didnt like you just using the store for just the zero profit benefits as these are used in shops to attract customers to buy items then top up there elcetric or gas , but as i became a regular due to prices in another nearby shop , after a while all of a sudden there paypoint always worked lol and they became more friendly now i wont vist many other small convenience stores because they are atualy nice people when you get to know them and become a regualar customer - husband and wife run store”

“Being a Superstore rather than a Tesco Extra, this store is lacking the extensive homewares and electronics sections of larger outlets, and the small area allocated to clothes is a little underwhelming, but otherwise this is a good sized supermarket offering pretty much everything you need for a regular grocery shop. Staff are helpful, there are plenty of Scan As You Shop devices, a cafe and loads of parking.”

I told Fash regarding my situation that i had ran out the tables. He had went extra miles ringing the dr surgery, and very determine helping me. Fash is very caring for his customers, friendly, helpful. He is a great member of staff for TESCO.”
