“Such a professional and thorough service as ever from the specialists at the London Diagnostic Centre. I had a consultation with Dr Sonia Dudeja who specialises in menopause and perimenopause care. She helped explain and normalise my symptoms and she also addressed the topic in a really holistic way by talking about lifestyle, stress, time of life etc. She talked about other women’s experiences and the different ways women can choose to manage symptoms, which was incredibly informative and helped set me at ease. Davinder assessed and started me off with accupunture follwed by movement and recovery exercises. I learnt a lot from him as I was having symptoms as my body was reacting to stress. Davinder helped me psychologically and his many years of experience was a great contribution”

“Best dental clinic in town! Sync Dental in Wimbledon gave me the best experience. On arrival was greeted professionally by the receptionist and was told to fill out a questionnaire about my health before I was called in for my treatment the clinic is very clean and trendy. I had a few metal fillings replaced with with fillings which was a great experience being checked on constantly by the dental nurse, my dentist Dr Haroon Latiff is so good at explaining the procedure and excellent at giving the best dental treatment. I know of many people who hate the dentist but I have to say this is a dental clinic that you must go to. 5 Star rating all round from me.”

“I recently had a root canal at the Dental Referral Centre and honestly, I was really impressed. The clinic was spotless, well-organised, and had all the latest equipment — everything looked super modern and reassuring. My procedure was quite complicated, but surprisingly, it wasn’t painful at all. Just a few hours later, I could barely feel a thing. The dentist was clearly very experienced and made the whole process smooth and easy to understand. A big thank you as well to the nurse who assisted — she was incredibly kind and calming, which helped more than she probably realises. The reception team were lovely too, and overall, the service felt top-notch without being overpriced. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s nervous about dental work or just looking for high-quality care”

“I have tried several treatments at Wellness Therapy Centre: Acupuncture with Sarah Joseph - this was my first time trying acupuncture; it was an amazing experience and I loved it. I've heard the term 'holistic treatment' before and after my session with Sarah I think I I finally understand what it means. The pre-treatment session was really thorough and I felt like I got a therapy session for free! The acupuncture itself was fantastic. It was very calming and relaxing and after my session I felt lighter like a weight had been lifted. Chiropody with Michaela - my feet had a lot of hard skin and I had pretty much given up on them ever looking nice. She did such a fantastic job of removing the hard skin and pampering my feet that after the treatment my socks felt softer! She also gave me good tips on how to take care of them and now several months later my feet still feel better than they did before the treatment. Reflexology with Gillian - I really enjoyed this treatment too. it was amazing how much Gillian picked up about the rest of my body from working on my feet. I'd swear I could feel toxins leave my body afterwards. I find all the staff at this centre to be really friendly, professional and helpful and I look forward to booking more sessions in the future.”

Despite my lack of experience in having waxed, Isabel made me feel extremely comfortable and made always checked to see if there were any stray hairs. “I had an excellent experience with this physio centre. I sprained my ankle while on holiday and my physio, Shanza, was very helpful in all stages of recovery. She provided apporpriate excercises to regain strength and advised me on what activities to avoid. Booking apointments was very easy and flexible and the website makes learning excercises easy. I would recommend Wellbeing Physio centre to even my closest family and will definitely be returning if I sprain anything else (fingers crossed that won't be necessary)”

“A lovely children’s centre with a beautifully designed play room and has great learning opportunities for different ages. There are a range of different areas for play such as small world, role play, reading areas, arts & crafts, sensory & music and also equipment for physical development, allowing children to thrive in all areas of learning. The staff are very attentive, supportive and welcoming. They are always smiling which is reassuring for children, especially those who are new to the setting!”

“This place is absolutely wonderful. The support you get from each team member and the health visitors is really good. Lots of fun activities during the week suitable for all ages up to 4. (See the booklets or go on the Beckton and royal docks children centre website to see which activity suits your child) your child will develop and as a parent you will learn new ways to interact with your child. Of course the place is also free so you won’t need to worry about prices. One huge advantage is talking to other parents/guardians making new friends (even if your shy like me) and share your child’s growing up experiences with others. Try it out deserves more than 5 stars in my eyes”

“I was recommended by a friend about this Vets. My pet cat passed and I brought her in to be cremated. I met a lovely lady at the front desk and before I could say anything I bust into tears. The lovely lady who was the vet took me to a room and explained the reason as to why my cat passed. She was so lovely and really listened to what I had to say and really looked after me. I just want to say a big thank you to you all. If I ever decide to get another pet, I will only bring them here. Such kind and lovely people. Thank you again xxx”
