“GMC is a fantastic GP surgery. All of the GP’s are very knowledgeable and kind and are able to provide guidance tailored to your needs and very efficient. I always feel comfortable with what I need to do and reassured when necessary also. The reception team are brilliant and always willing to help where possible and Kate especially has become a lovely familiar face over the years. “This is a PUBLIC PLACE! To have the amount of people they have coming through there each day and be able to maintain it to the ability they’re able to is very surprising! It is an extremely popular place and you have to take into consideration the social environment it’s in! I have moved over from David Lloyd and although it’s no David Lloyd (David Lloyd is the heaven of members club) it certainly does the trick! People on here complaining about skinny teenage boys in the gym… we have to start somewhere! I appreciate Everyone Active for helping me and adapting to my needs due to my epilepsy, Sometimes the staff are a bit on edge because they deal with lots of people every day be patient with them. They are good people just under a lot of stress so please remember that! (However I do believe they could Invest in some more professional cleaners) Thankyou!”

“We had forgotten our meds at home in California, and a local friend in the UK suggested making an appt. here to get new prescriptions. Saved our trip! It was very easy to book online, and the Dr was efficient and pleasant, as was reception. No problem getting the scripts filled at a local Boots either. The location was very difficult to find as it has a very small door sign, and Google maps was useless. Just give yourself time to spare to find it!”

“I couldn’t be happier with the care I received at this clinic. Dr Mahasti was non-judgmental, kind, thorough and diagnosed my condition straight away, for which I was given prompt treatment. She then went above and beyond making sure I was tested for every other possible issue, vaxxed to the max and put on Prep. “A friend and I only came here (from Hockley, near Southend) to use the showers after having run the Epping Forest 10km. We had been prepared to pay for a day pass, but also wanted to use the swimming pool to make it more worthwhile. However, when we asked at reception, we were informed that there is no swimming pool. We explained what our intention had been, and the lady on reception very kindly allowed us to use their showers free of charge. We were extremely grateful for this as we wanted to stay in Epping for the afternoon as this is where my friend's dad was from, and he had very recently passed away. I've no idea what the rest of the facilities are like, but the showers are great.”
