“Luke is fantastic! I came to Luke with an issue with my lower back and hips which had left me struggling to do exercise and often in tears. Luke gave me practical advice, what exercises I could do including physio exercises. He helped me to understand my back issues and the healing process (including helping me with my patience lol) The sports massage was brilliant - I left feeling so much better. Luke regularly checks in with me to get updates on the progress on my back and hips and how the physio exercises are going. I would recommend Luke to anyone for physio or just a sports massage. The service, knowledge, expertise, understanding and friendliness from Luke is wonderful.”

I just wish the traffic outside was not so bad and the view was a little more appealing, but it’s still my fav place in shepperton and my go to after a rewarding session in Shepperton Fit Box!”

“We bought some sitting suits a few months ago and since then have spent most evenings no matter the temperature finishing off a day on the farm sipping on a G&T or a rum and coke snug and warm watching the sun go down. The suits are also family friendly with enough room for our 7 month old to get involved and be zipped up inside. They have brought some much needed hygge into our lives! “I attended a foraging session/lesson which was delightful and interesting. I learned so much while enjoying a peaceful sunny afternoon in enchanting coppiced woods and natural fields. We were encouraged to touch and taste edible plants which made learning so much more fun. Sue is so knowledgeable and engaging, with a lovely sense of humour. The afternoon flew by and we enjoyed several freshly made teas, brewed over the fire, from the plants we had gathered. I would hightly recommend this excellent experience!”
