“I first connected with Adam when pregnant as I was classified as ‘high risk’ and wanted to find natural ways to manage that. I believe using classical acupuncture techniques supported relaxation and the natural birth process I was committed to. “I boarded my cat and dog with Oak Cottage Kennels & Cattery for the first time as our usual kennels and cattery were fully booked. I went to take a look and was very impressed by the very knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. I could tell immediately that they put the welfare of the pets first. They were very good at explaining how the kennels work on a daily basis. I booked in two trial days for our Labrador and then both my cat and dog stayed for two weeks. I had very regular photos and it was obvious they were both enjoying their stay. I would like to thank everyone for looking after my pets in an exceptional manner. “I did not know that having your root canal done on a molar would be such a pleasurable experience. There are so many mixed opinions on this procedure but I guess they haven't met Carina Kong and her fine expertise assisted by dental nurse Nazi and supported by Fabiola and Francesca (aka sunshine) at the reception. State-of-Art equipment and savoir faire. Thank you for your kindness, mastery and joie de vivre. No pain afterwards and able to eat hot and cold a few hours later. If I ever have the same problem again, I know where to go. Highly recommended.”

“I was honestly so discouraged by the reviews that I was planning on cancelling my appointment, but I have to tell you I had a completely different experience. The ladies in the reception were lovely, my counsellor was fantastic, I’ve had multiple therapists in the past and for the first time I actually felt heard. Also just from sitting in the waiting room and overhearing the counsellors escorting their patients out the premises, everyone is so kind here. I saw another review saying the ladies in the reception area don’t answer the phone, but I heard them answering, I saw them helping visitors, I’m quite confused by the terrible reviews but I guess everyone has different expectations. I’m really grateful for getting such a lovely counsellor and I would encourage anyone reading this to at least give the centre a go because it might not be as bad as the reviews make it out to be.”
