The practice itself is modern, welcoming, and always impeccably clean, which makes every visit a comfortable and pleasant experience. Thanks to the exceptional care I’ve received, my gums are feeling great after struggling with painful episodes. Dr. Pran has been incredible in treating my gum issues, always offering great advice and making sure my gums stay healthy and well-cared-for. He has such a calming presence and really makes you feel at ease, which is so important when it comes to dental care. He is also amazingly knowledgeable! I’m especially grateful for how he took care of my filling right away without needing another appointment—what a relief! Dr. Tush is equally amazing. He has such a calming and reassuring demeanor, which makes every visit a breeze, even in emergency situations. I’m so thankful he was able to see me last minute during an emergency. Both of them are truly lifesavers! What really stands out is how the team always goes above and beyond for their patients, whether it’s your first visit or your tenth. They’re honest, caring, and highly professional, always putting their patients’ well-being first. I’ve witnessed this not just with my own care, but also with other patients while I was there—it’s clear they are committed to providing the best possible experience for everyone. They also always follow up and provide reassurance, which makes such a difference in feeling cared for and supported. Without a doubt, they are the best dental practice in London. I’ve heard so many stories about dental practices from people I work with, and after visiting here, I know for sure this is the place to be. “If I could give them a thousand stars I would!!! I’ve found my hairdressers for life. I first went there and saw sherine who was brilliant! She was amazing telling me which colour and placement would look good for my hair and she’s so sweet and friendly and done a lovely cut. That’s what made me go back again. I went there a second time today that was squeezed last minute of me and they accommodated it bless them. This is when I found my hair dresser for life rich. I gave him a look I wanted he told me what would be best for my hair type and we went from there. Apart from being extremely knowledgeable about hair and telling me how to style it when I get home. He is also so sweet and funny! I dreaded having to deal with my hair as it’s up most of the time for work. But he’s shaped it and gave it some life! “Our 7 year old daughter attended the British Alevi Federation’s summer SEN holiday camp and had such a positive experience. She was regulated and calm throughout, and we could see how happy and settled she felt in the environment. Camps like this are so rare, and in the past it has been a real struggle to find anything inclusive and supportive. As parents, it truly felt like a Godsend! We are so grateful to the team for organising it and for the care and thought that went into it. We will be booking for the October half term and truly hope this provision will always be available for SEN children. Heartfelt thanks for making such a difference.”

Stephen is professional, caring and not only listened carefully to all of our concerns and history but worked a plan towards our son's recovery to fit in with his needs and wishes. We were treated with kindness and reassurance and only seen a couple of times having been given a recovery plan to take away with us. “I arranged to see Tony regarding tightness and soreness in my hamstring/glutes which I have had for a couple of years. After an initial chat where I mentioned other injuries and problems with my leg, Tony gave me a whole body MOT. As well as working on my leg, he found the old injuries in my back and shoulder which he gently but effectively re aligned. After a second session where he intensely worked my leg, it feels much more comfortable with increased flexibility. I felt very comfortable with Tony, who is genuinely very caring and clearly very knowledgeable. The Chi Clinic has a relaxed and friendly feel about it rather than sterile and impersonal. I would happily go back for regular maintenance.”
