If you are looking for great quality training and classes, SP athletic is brilliant for it. Love the flexibility of the membership options, I started with individual classes then a class pass and now have a full membership. The classes are tailored to your level to help you build strength, confidence and fitness. Having tracked burning almost 500 calories in the 'kalorie killer' class every Thursday with Scott I am really starting to see a difference! Aerial classes with Abbie are great high quality classes, you train 'both sides' and always feel safe, challenged (accomplished) and fully supported. Highly recommend!”

“Top level jiujitsu and grappling coaching in a warm and friendly atmosphere that welcomes everyone and any ability. I had previously given up on bjj after training elsewhere and not really feeling it, but decided to give it one more go, went for a trial at Newschool and 2 years later haven't looked back. Great for all including families and my son also loves training here.”

“NCAD is a wonderful dance and musical theatre school run by Sarah Jackson. My daughter had tremendous fun during her time at NCAD, especially starring in their shows! Sarah manages to get the balance between laid back and encouraging ambition. Children who just want to have fun are welcome here and there are great opportunities for those who wish to take their performing arts seriously. You can take your dance G.C.S.E. and several NCAD protégées have gone on to star in West End shows. Class prices are very reasonable to so all in all this is a great place for your child to come to explore the performing arts and grow into a talented and successful professional if that's what they want to do.”

“I arranged to see Tony regarding tightness and soreness in my hamstring/glutes which I have had for a couple of years. After an initial chat where I mentioned other injuries and problems with my leg, Tony gave me a whole body MOT. As well as working on my leg, he found the old injuries in my back and shoulder which he gently but effectively re aligned. After a second session where he intensely worked my leg, it feels much more comfortable with increased flexibility. I felt very comfortable with Tony, who is genuinely very caring and clearly very knowledgeable. The Chi Clinic has a relaxed and friendly feel about it rather than sterile and impersonal. I would happily go back for regular maintenance.”

“I think this is the best GP practice around, the reception staff are always so helpful and supportive. You hear so many stories about receptionist at GP's being difficult but I have only ever experienced professionalism and kindness from them. You can book appointments ahead of time so none of the calling first thing in the morning to wait in a queue to be told no more appointments. I have also been fitted in as emergency on a few occasions.”

“Mr Singhs review: If I would give 10 STARS I would ! Attended a Personal 1:1 open day with the Headteacher Mr Daniel Cowling on Fri 11th June 2021. He is doing a superlative job. Well beyond my expectations. A personal credit to him and his staff. Mr Cowling is highly respected by both staff AND students. - Facilities and Cleanliness of the school is unbelievable. - Brand new resources. - Students have their heads down in all of the classrooms i visited. - Equipment; formidable! All Apple computers and screens. - Well funded and beyond my comprehension. - Wonderful , open, spacious outdoor space. All sports. - Drama rooms excellent. - Main hall ; Mint. - Its a new school less than 7 years old and the buildings are pristine. - Staff extremely polite and attentive. My son attends a grammar school in Slough and this state school is far better !!! I didnt think I would be stating that. Ive even surprised myself. “I saw Nicole for a short while as I needed help working through some difficulties related to a childhood phobia. She really helped me change the way I look at certain situations that I feared so terribly, and gave me some useful techniques. I’ve been using these for a few months and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my behaviours and how I handle situations related to my phobia. We also worked on some things I had buried deep down. Things I didn’t realise were affecting me & how I live my life. My thoughts were challenged which helped me see things more positively. I now feel more empowered, more confident and in control. I can’t thank Nicole enough. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of therapy, whether short or long term.”
