“Such knowledgeable staff and instructors. Great with the kids and really know how to keep them engaged whilst teaching some effective martial arts. Really loved the fact that they had a cage fighter there who I would not have know about if one of the parents had not had mentioned. He gave up his seat when I came in and was very interactive with the students and the parents. I've been down to the Epsom branch and this seems to be the common theme!”

“I just completed the 4 week beginner course at Ealing Pole Studio, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! This was my first time trying pole dancing, and I was honestly a bit intimidated at first. However, Alex, our instructor, was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, calm, and incredibly persistent in helping me and the other students master the moves. What stood out the most was how invested she was in our success not just in getting the moves right, but in teaching us the technique behind them. Her focus on building a solid understanding of each move made a huge difference in my progress. I’ve already been surprised by how much I’ve achieved in just four weeks.
