Very food on price so if struggling cos of cost of living go here and this shop will help u stay above water so u n family won't go hungry cos of soaring prices well yogurt at asda/tesco/Iceland etc £2 lidi price £0.89 see the difference so I don't understand why those shops are more expensive when lidi is good on price I feel lidi put people first where the other shops put profit first hope u all agree Have a nice day”

“In Sainsbury's Beckenham the staff's are really good. They are always ready to help when you need to look for something that you want to buy but couldn't find where it was located. They are very friendly especially Debbie.”

“To be hounest when i first used the shop they didnt seem to welcome me and there paypoint never worked i was kinda put off by this, i know paypoints are a zero mark up profit so i guess they didnt like you just using the store for just the zero profit benefits as these are used in shops to attract customers to buy items then top up there elcetric or gas , but as i became a regular due to prices in another nearby shop , after a while all of a sudden there paypoint always worked lol and they became more friendly now i wont vist many other small convenience stores because they are atualy nice people when you get to know them and become a regualar customer - husband and wife run store”

“Being a Superstore rather than a Tesco Extra, this store is lacking the extensive homewares and electronics sections of larger outlets, and the small area allocated to clothes is a little underwhelming, but otherwise this is a good sized supermarket offering pretty much everything you need for a regular grocery shop. Staff are helpful, there are plenty of Scan As You Shop devices, a cafe and loads of parking.”

“I have just seen Jan for three sessions to treat anxiety. The difference after the first session was amazing! I would highly recommend Jan, she is very professional yet personal. I was recommended by a friend who said "Jan had changed her life!"”

“I have had three RTT sessions with Fay about various issues. Prior to this, I had been struggling most of life (32 years old) with anxiety and depression as a result of trauma. I have been on antidepressants for over a decade and have tried various psychotherapies with limited results. I was skeptical about trying hypnosis but I also felt I had nothing left to lose. I’m so glad I tried RTT as the results and relief have been mind blowing. I used to suffer from a constant inner critic bullying me 24/7 and after one session that was gone. My second session focused on my constant state of anxiety due to repetitive rumination (literally non-stop!). Now, I no longer get stuck in this cycle of rumination. These two issues are things I thought I would never be free of! I’m currently working off issue three with Fay and hopeful it will make a difference. Fay is a wonderful, warm and kind lady who has been welcoming and reassuring since day one. She is genuinely invested in helping her clients and looks after you throughout. I am so grateful to have met Fay and gone on this venture with her.”

“I do not usually leave reviews. I read some really negative comments below. I wanted to say this has not been our experience at all. Hollybank it’s self is a well maintained building that has just been updated. It’s bright and cheerful. All efforts have been made with consideration all the children’s needs. I have only ever seen the place look very clean and tidy. They even pop my child clothes in the wash if get used during her stay. Which is very helpful and appreciated. All the staff I have found to be warm and friendly. With complete commitment to treating all the children with love and care. The staff are very special people that should be commended for all their hard work. The staff go above and beyond to make each individual child happy. For example when my daughter when stays they get all the food she likes make they buy her favourite food like strawberries. This attention to detail is very heartwarming and means a lot as a parent. I have bumped in to a hollybank member of staff she recognised me and we had a lovely chat about my daughter. In other reviews below Pat the manager has was brought up I have always found her great to go to if I need help or information regarding my child. There are many staff that all deserve a shout out but I am just going to mention Matthew as he got some negative feed back. I believe this is completely unjustified. Matthew is an amazing nurse. He looks after the children with true care and compassion, while being always be professional. I am truly glad someone like him is looking after my child. He is kind, caring and funny my daughter loves him. Although I think she can be a little bit naughty for him, he takes this all in his stride. Especially as he time to get to know her so well. Any time he needs to know or check something about My child he will call me. I personally like him very much and appreciate all his had work. Appreciate all the hollybank and staff. I wish I could show my gratitude to each and every member of staff, they make a huge difference in the lives of families with special needs children. I feel so fortunate to have my child being looked after by such wonderful people.”
