As an endurance athlete I often suffer from injuries in various places, including dislocated SI joint, hip problems and a dislocated ribs in a thoracic spine... Dr Christoph has been able to treat every one of them, each time. He also offers acupuncture and his hands are truly magical. Always a positive attitude and a very pleasant atmosphere. Prior to my appointment the receptionist called to let me know that there is road works nearby and informed me of the alternative route to take, which I found helpful. The chiropractor who assessed and treated me was amazing, she explained every process to me during the assessment and had an extensive amount of knowledge about my symptoms which was really reassuring. “When I called Sarah for help with our daughters lice, it was pretty much our final roll of the dice before shaving the lot off. We'd tried multiple shampoos, mousses, sprays, combs, coconut oil, tea tree, silent prayer, witchcraft... all to no avail. From the get-go, Sarah made my 3yo feel extremely relaxed – with a bit of help from Elsa and Anna – and went about destroying the lice we'd struggled with for a year. Sarah is not only an expert, she knows how to handle unruly kids (and frustrated adults), and she has a few good stories to tell too. We had to go back a couple of times to get the last few out, but it was actually a real pleasure to be at Sarah's place, and nothing like the hellish experience I'd imagined it to be. If you're having lice-mares, just go to Sarah!”

“I needed a lot of things for a new dog, so I did a quick search of "pet shops near me" and Waggles came up (Chatterton Road and West Wickham High Street). CR was closest, plenty of parking outside (pay by app or phone). Inside the shop was all sorts of things for cats, dogs and other animals. I bought a ball, biscuits, harness, lead, treats and even some doggie ice cream. The shop assistant was very helpful. If youv'e got a pet, you will definitely find most things that you need here.”

“The driver was friendly, helpful and accommodating to our delayed landing. We needed to pay an additional £6 charge to the driver for a 30min delay, which is fair enough, but I would have thought that the flight details we shared in the app (flight number, scheduled arrival time) would have been used to schedule the driver's arrival and be adjusted according to live flight information. Fortunately, we had some cash to pay the driver, though, if paying in advance by card via the app, it would be more helpful to add the charge to the original payment method. These were just minor issues and we were otherwise happy with the service and price.”
