Recently, the doctor's surgery totally messed up over two consecutive days with two urgent medication prescriptions from the Palliative Care Team. Jade Pharmacy patiently worked with me even when I was asking about progress many times a day, gave us advice that was crucial in progressing one of them, and then went way above anything I would expect any pharmacy to do to help ensure my mother got her desperately-needed medication in time. “Got a haircut from the young African British guy on the last chair when you walk in. He was doing a great job with the blade and then loads of customers randomly came into the shop 10 minutes after me and then the 2 other barbers started talking in their African language telling him to hurry up. I told my barber to ignore the uncles and take his time. Paid my barber double the price £40 in cash and gave him a cold bottle of water from the local corner shop because it’s a hot day! Moral of the story, “Don’t tell your colleague to rush someone’s haircut” I could easily give this shop a 1 star review but I’m not because I believe in giving people second chances!”

The clinic is spotless, and the team is so friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole process much easier. The laser hair removal results have been amazing! Even after just two sessions, I’ve already noticed a huge difference. I’m sure that by the time I complete all eight sessions, the results will be even better—of course, depending on skin type.
