“My favourite local Cafe for sure..... Gardens great in warmer weather. I don't understand some of the bad reviews especially relating to it being expensive. Ignore those. Also about the owner being rude. I've live in this neighborhood for 7 years and he very very very lovely and friendly. I can 100% verify this as the best cafe in the area. I love it and come regularly. Always piping hot food, great customer service and very reasonably price.”

“Wonderful food, we ordered a week in advance for a group of 15 and it was all perfect, with delicious freshly bakes scones with jam and cream ready shortly after our arrival and an array of tasty sandwiches and toasties to suit every dietary requirement (including one who is gluten free).   Don’t miss this fabulous café.  It is a gem!”

“been going for a couple of years , several times a week. Food is fine can be a little slow sometimes because he is the sole chef. His curry is home made and very popular. His set menus are good value as they include tea/coffee and bread. He takes card for sit in and cash for takeaways - there is a good reason for this. i think card minimum is 5.. , some places are at least 10..00 Has a lot of regulars so cant be bad! Atmosphere ? it as a cafe with workman, mechanics and NHS staff so it what you would expect, no tie neccesary.........”

“I stopped by Bem Coffee recently, and it was an absolute gem of a cafe! I ordered a double espresso and a cappuccino. And both are exceptional. The double espresso was perfectly brewed- rich, bold, and smooth, with just the right amount of intensity to kickstart my day. The cappuccino was equally impressive! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and staff were warm, friendly, and attentive. I will definitely be returning whenever I’m in the area. Highly recommend!”

“Delightful coffee chain that you can find throughout London. It's been a running joke that European iced coffee is always disappointing (and to be fair, hot coffee with two ice cubes just isn't correct); Black Sheep breaks that stereotype. They have a good selection of strong iced coffees (big fan of their Vietnamese iced coffee), matcha and seasonal drinks. Their service isn't the fastest, especially when they're busy. That said, you can order from a kiosk and just grab a seat while you wait -- I've never been disappointed by a single drink.”

“Located right on Shepperton high street and about a 3 minute walk from the train station the cafe has all the amenities and standards you expect from a Costa. Firstly, I would like to mention the fact that as of April 2023, there is wifi, which is desperately needed as Shepperton has notoriously bad signal. Also the seats right at the back have a couple of plug sockets. So if you need to charge devices, it is possible but if it is busy you may be out of luck. There is also one single use toilet at the back that is accessible for people with disabilities. As far as cafe toilets go I found this to be pretty clean. The cafes furnished quite nicely, in line with other Costa’s, but could use a little refresh. It is nonetheless a comfy place to relax and grab a coffee for an hour or so. The staff were lovely and friendly and seemed to have a friendly rapport with many local customers, who clearly come in regularly. This was nice to see as you don’t often see this in big chains, but the quietness of Shepperton makes this possible. The food and drink were exactly what you expect of Costa, my Cappuccino was made quickly and tasted great. The Cinnamon Bun and Bakewell Tart are favourites of mine and didn’t disappoint. All in all I would definitely come back again if I found myself in the area and had a bit of time to kill. Food and beverage were of the standard you expect, all the facilities you could need, comfy atmosphere and friendly staff… not much more you could want really…”
