“Called in this afternoon to give a blood sample for a routine health check. Now I'm not ordinarily phased by anything medical, but when it comes to giving blood, think 'Tony Hancock, The Blood Donor' (look it up on YouTube - comedy genius). Anyway, long story short, the Practice Nurse, Caron, was absolutely marvellous - put me completely at ease. Took the blood from the back of my hand - done and dusted within a matter of minutes. “I needed a small fix to a very difficult dent on the corner of my wife's car. Talking to M & M was very straightforward: if it could be pushed back from the inside that would be the simple fix; if not there would be a minor pin-welding to pull it out, followed by grinding and then the paint job. Fully explained at all times. The end result was a full restoration to the original lines of the corner and my wife was delighted! (That was me off the hook, since I was responsible for the dent.) Cost wise the nearest alternative quote was nearly a hundred extra, with a lot of hints it mighty well be more extensive than they could see. Many thanks for an excellent job!”
