“My daughter came today with my grandson from school. He had a active growing rash all over his body and had been off school in the week with a bug. . My daughter explained she couldn't get a doctor's appointment. The head pharmacist took photos and went across to the doctors for advice. He then came back explaining everything to my daughter. Thankyou. My daughter is extremely grateful for the time and care you took with her. He prescribed a powerful antihistamine as piriton was given at school with no luck.”

I can’t thank the staff on T3 at Oldham Hospital enough for the compassionate care they’ve shown my mum over the past three weeks. They have truly gone above and beyond. Sister Collette, the nurses, physiotherapists, HCAs, meal staff — every single member of the team has been incredible. Their respect, care, compassion, dignity and support for both my mum, myself and my nephew has been outstanding. “I have been using Village cars for about 3 months solidly now - while I await on my car to be fixed, and periodically before then. Everytime I've needed a taxi, apart from once, the taxi has arrived within 5 mins. All the cars, except 1, have been immaculate and modern, and the drivers have all been friendly. “Using the online form, I sent my request through to the surgery in the morning. Within 4 hours I had a face to face appointment with Dr Rajab. She was professional, thorough and caring and the appointment was on time, give or take 5 minutes. The receptionist was efficient and pleasent on the phone. On arrival, I booked myself in using the (now fixed) booking screen. The surgery is always clean and tidy and offers free water if needed. And, there’s a car park on the doorstep!”
