    “I had a great experience in this store after being let down by their shop in Stockport. I spoke to a member of staff on the phone and booked an appointment for ear piercing. I also spoke to the manager who explained more of the process (I had conflicting information from the other store so was a bit worried) and reassured me. I went there today and my daughter's ears were pierced in a matter of seconds. I can't thank Kim and the team enough. Communication and customer service were on point and I highly recommend this shop for ear piercing.”
