“Lovely place. 10/10. Excellent communication, easy to book. Access is via a keysafe, very simple. The room we had (No.1) was beautifully decorated with a lovely ensuite. There was a Nespresso machine, kettle, complimentary teas, coffees & even a lovely bottle of red wine waiting for us. The proprietor Tony communicated via whatsapp which made things easy. The bed was very comfy and we had a lovely stay. 2mins walk takes you to a fabulous Italian cafe (Nostro Cafe) & you need travel no further. A lovely little hotel I am sure we will use again.”

“Such a lovely place to see Alpacas up close. Claire was really knowledgeable and the alpacas were really friendly. Lovely setting too. Easy to find with what 3 words. Great to be able to feed the animals and stroke them. Claire clearly cared a lot about the animals and making sure they were well fed, clean and looked after. Good value for money in a group.”

“Outstanding airport transfer service! I first discovered them on an airport transfer website in 2022 when I needed to fly out on Boxing Day, and I’ve relied on them ever since. Living in a village in North Wales, I always contact them whenever I need to get to Manchester Airport. The vehicles are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with air-conditioning, and the drivers are always happy to adjust the temperature to suit your preference. Thoughtful touches like bottled water make the journey even more comfortable. “Our cat has stayed at Lovi Pet Hotel twice in the last two months. He was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease in February and we’d already booked two holidays so we knew he’d have to go to a cattery. We spoke to Maria and arranged a visit and were very impressed so Sid was booked in for his holiday. It was the first time Sid had been away from home and Lovi Pet looked after him so well. They managed his medicine and ensured he settled in. The cameras are fantastic to check how he was and it was really reassuring to see him relaxed and at ease. I thoroughly recommend Lovi Pet Hotel to really look after your cats - an outstanding cattery who really love cats. Thank you.”

“Absolutely incredible. I cannot recommend Black & Tan enough for any Dachshund owner looking for boarding! Our little sausage Apple has stayed here for a week recently and absolutely loved it. The house is ideal - set well away from any roads, there's a huge secured field for all the dogs to play in with the toys and have a good run around. It's basically Nirvana for them. Nina is fantastic too - always helpful and quick to respond, brilliant in settling Apple in and she sent us plenty of updates on how Apple was doing whilst we were away. Thanks very much, we hope Apple can come back to stay with you again soon!”

“Our cat Ruby has just returned after her top class stay! The rooms are beautifully decorated and set out with cat's behaviour in mind. Helen is extremely knowledgeable and intuitive about cats and what they need. I was kept well updated about how Ruby was getting on, including, cuddles and playtime and how she was eating. She came home contented and happy. I particularly like that she couldn't see other cats, which would normally stress her out in a standard cattery. Wouldn't hesitate to book her in again. “This is the 3rd time we have used the purrrfect cattery , Hayley is fantastic and provides a clean safe environment for my two cats. The rooms are bright airy and clean with plenty platform's for the cats to sit on, there's also little hiding sections on top shelves for more nervous cats to hide in which one of my cats used regularly to stay calm and settled. While we were away Hayley also send plenty of photo and video updates which really helps as your missing them while away. The cats are also played with to keep up the exercise! We shall be using Hayley again next year! :)”

“Highly recommend these kennels. I have an elderly pug and a young boxer who both enjoy their stay here. I like that they are let out to play with other dogs at least twice a day which I feel is important to the dogs mental health. They are always happy when dropped off and when they are collected. Paula and her staff are friendly and helpful.”
