“Lovely nursery. Our little one has loved the environment and has built up great relationships with the other children and the staff. The nursery is a great setting for children to explore and the staff make a special effort to get to know each childs wants/needs/preferences. Would recommend!”

“Ive been going to this gym for over a year now. I first started when i was 6 months postpartum and from my first session to my last, i have loved every single one. I first started having one to one training with kate who helped me rebuild muscle and recover from having an emergency csection. Not only did kate help me with physical training but she also helped me with my diet and helped me make life long changes that will help with my weight and to make me stronger and healthier. Then i started going to the mums and babies classes on Wednesdays.the coaches and the owner Jay always make so much effort to keep my little one busy whilst i work out. They bring in different health professionals for the classes that educate us on postpartum recovery which has been great. The gym is always spotless clean and always feels like a safe space which i love because my daughter loves adventuring round the gym. I love the friendly environment of the gym and can not recommend it enough.”

“Fabulous gym. I started 6 years ago when my son was in a ninjas class to fill the time, I go 3-4 times a week now and it’s been amazing for my fitness and energy. I’ll be going for black belt at my next grading! It’s totally inclusive, everyone is encouraged to reach their best regardless of age, fitness level etc. Lots of different classes to choose from in timetable and great facilities. Top class coaches who invest in all students. My daughter goes now as well and she loves it. Welcoming, respectful culture. Very lucky to have this place round the corner. I’d recommend it to anyone.”

“We had our 2 year olds birthday party here and it was excellent! The place is so clean and tidy, and the staff go around tidying as you play. The staff are also so helpful and will go out of their way to help, for example I forgot a candle for the cake and they managed to go and find it. They also managed to find some parry bags to put the slices of cake in as I hadn't thought of. We had an excellent time and 100% recommend. Our friends at the party were also commenting how lovely the place was. Thank you for a lovey day :)”

“We've been coming here as part of our programme MCR Social, asking Projekts to delivery inclusive sessions for the disabled and neurodivergent teens we work with - it has been absolutely amazing! Luke, the instructor, is a fantastic and very supportive coach! Very friendly and approachable, he really helps everyone feel welcomed and at ease, and expertly manages to work with the group who have quite a range of abilities - we've seen some really amazing development, with people clearly growing independence and confidence from the sessions. It's been a massive success and we're so thrilled, the whole group is so excited to visit every time! A big thanks to Luke and everyone at Projekts, as well as Alex and John who helped organise the sessions! We can't wait to come back :-)”

Staff are well trained on how to support children. I have seen good examples of staff implementing strategies to help support development. “I’ve been a huge Crystal Maze fan since I was a child and this place is very authentic and true to the original game. We were a party of 4 and everyone got to play at least 4 games while travelling around the 4 zones. My only critique is that I feel like there should be some sort of prize at the end or a scoreboard or something as it felt like a bit of an anticlimax. It is quite a treat to spend so much money on 90 minutes of entertainment, but truly, I would do it again. I loved it!”

“Thank you so much for a fab experience! We initially booked to do The Dungeon of Doom, but my youngest was too scared. Our host, Sam, was really helpful and reassuring, and allowed us to change to another available game (End of the Line) and even provided a cuddly companion for the duration of the game (Cosmo). “I initially chose T4 for knee pain as I could see from their website that their approach to treatment was to get to the root cause of the problem and offer natural treatments. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. Nash prescribed a combination of physical therapy and physio led gym sessions to strengthen my muscles . Going to the gym wasn't something I would have considered before but giving me that initial push and encouragement was just what I needed. I was soon pain free and much stronger. I still have regular one to gym sessions and the health benefits to my whole body have been amazing. Mike is a brilliant coach and massage therapist. I have learned so much from him. I would definitely recommend T4 and wouldn't consider going anywhere else now.”

“I had no idea that Pilates would bring such amazingness into life! I love the teachers, the variety of exercises, the different levels available from beginner to advance. I love how I feel afterwards. My body is so much stronger, supple, flexible and without pain since I started at Equilibrium. I also feel and look slimmer and firmer and understand so much more about my body. Not only this but emotionally its a really healthy place - if I ever arrive feeling stressed with the day to day stuff that takes its toll, I always leave with this gone and feeling bright and cheery! “I cannot recommend Heaton Park View enough. After having a 7 year gap between the last children, I was extremely nervous to start sending my then 8 month old to nursery after not having the greatest experiences previously, but how different it has been this time around! From the start the staff at HP (especially Tiny Lambs) were super friendly, informative and settled baby girl into the setting really well and quickly. She never really ‘cried’ going in and though we still had to build up that confidence - the separation anxiety was never as bad as I remember. Now, after being there for 6 months she knocks on the door to get in the room in the morning, comes home singing lots of wonderful songs with actions - and even cries when we have to take her home from nursery! It’s so lovely to see and drop your child off knowing they enjoy the environment they are in - and that’s down to all the wonderful staff. Honestly if you are an anxious parent, this nursery is the one for you. They always go above and beyond. From having cute countdown themed days over Christmas to planning fabulous activities daily for the children to enjoy. I even had a little picture and a message on my first day back from maternity leave and it’s just little thoughtful, amazing communication like this that sets this setting apart from the rest by miles!”

“My son attended LSC Thorn Grove for a multisports holiday club and it was the first time he's ever been to any kind of summer camp provision before. He absolutely loved it and raved about trying out all the different sports. It was a great introduction to some new sports like dodgeball and cricket and he learned a lot. There were lots of other children there from his reception class which I think really helped. We'll be booking him in this summer for a few days too.”
