“I can’t recommend Phil enough. He’s been walking our dog Winnie for several years now, and our beloved Treacle before that. Winnie is always up at the window in the morning waiting for her bestie, or uncle Phil as he is affectionately known in our household. When he’s here she’ll bark then go zooming out to him, helping herself into his car most times, tail going like the clappers. She always has the most fun and although she loves dunking and getting into anything gross and dirty, Phil makes sure she comes back to us in a reasonable state!”

“Freddie our SharPei x Staffie is a very strong boy and can be a bit of a handful as he is not keen on getting his nails trimmed. He will struggle to get his muzzle off (not to bite but doesn't like to be restricted). Debbie was very calm and patient with him throughout the appointment. Also gave us some useful tips on nail maintenance. Very reasonable cost.”

“One of the best groom experiences for our cockapoo, the lady who was on today was fantastic. I had just noted our dog, Mila, is uneasy when it comes to her face and paws being groomed and if needs be to give us a call if she wasn't playing ball. No call needed, the lady took excellent care of our dog, really attentive and patient during the groom, top it off Mila came out perfectly groomed with a waggy tail. Can't recommend enough, thank you!”

The vet was very reassuring and thorough with her advice. Excellent service and nice to know they are there in an emergency!”

“Could not recommend the team highly enough. My cat was seriously ill when she came in to them and they did everything possible to help and take care of her. She needed x-rays, blood tests and several courses of treatment but each one was explained fully and clearly so I knew what was being done and what risks were involved. They even dealt direct with my pet insurance to process everything for me which was great.”

She saw to them twice a day, kept their areas tidy and cared for them like they were her own. She even went shopping to get extra veggies for them when needed. She is so organised and plans everything down to the finest details which means you can rest assured your dog is is safe hands. Her property is homely and cosy and her garden is such a great, safe space for dogs to have a sniff around and play. Heather is aware of the unique requirements of different breeds too. The daily updates are soo good, Heather gives you a really good summary of what has happened to put your nerves at rest, as well as few pictures and a map of the walks! Heather even arranged a new dog collar for us! We can thank Heather enough and will be 100% using again. Thanks Heather!”
