“My washer stopped spinning properly. Craig fixed my problem over the phone with the first question he asked.... "What is in it? “ It cost him his call-out fee but gained him much appreciation and respect, as well as a future customer if I ever truly need his services. This guy is a gem of a find; a bit of integrity goes a long way these days. And btw, the answer was, "a bathmat". So don't be trying to spin your bathmats folks! (And yes, I know the drum needs to be balanced, but I've done it many times before and it has been fine. Definitely won't be doing it again though.) Thanks Craig!”

“Thanks to Dr Adrian Moore, I had such a great experience and would highly recommended. I was so scared and nervous to visit the dentist (I always have been) but mainly because it had been a while since my last dentist visit and a bad encounter I had at another dental practice. From the beginning Adrian put me at ease with his friendly and calming manner. He properly listened to me, my needs and my concerns; for once I wasn’t made to feel stupid. Adrian guided me through the appointment, explaining each step and seemed genuinely happy to help. It was also refreshing to have a dentist focus on the health of my mouth, rather than constantly trying to sell and push cosmetic products and procedures (which I have found previously). It was my far my best ever dentist appointment and I feel a lot less apprehensive about going back next time to see him. What a difference one person can make when they care! Thank you so much Dr Adrian!”

Called into the Gatley showroom for a chat with Gemma, and within 10 minutes I'd chosen the oven, agreed a price and been given a delivery date. Oven arrived today,the gas fitter Gary was brilliant, taking his time to explain everything clearly to me. “I visited the store on Friday and went to the Bobbi Brown counter. Savannah was the young lady who came to assist me. I can’t speak highly enough about Savannah. She was absolutely delightful and couldn’t do enough for Mum and I. She helped me select some new products whilst making up my eyes for me. She really is a credit to your store. And Mum and I will definitely be returning to store to visit the lovely Savannah. She really made our day and was so helpful and informative on all the products and how to apply them. “Absolutely great service from start to end. Fantastic design and then redesign from Madeline due our changing requirements. The installation was slick and workmanship excellent. Matt, Nick and team were excellent, professional and courteous throughout. The design has worked really well including the dimensions and layout. As part of the work the hob mantle was tweaked and improved from design to installation by the fitter and were thrilled with the end result. They went the extra mile and we have a great kitchen now.”
