Throughout the process, Symone was super responsive, providing updates along the way and always kept me in the loop with her design progress and creative ideas. The studio is gorgeous, a super relaxed space where I felt comfortable and safe. Symone answered all my (probably annoying) questions and made me feel at ease the whole time. 3 day sittings later I have a gorgeous, permanent art piece and I will be back for more. “I've been wanting to get pierced here for a long time now, and they did not disappoint!! Marcus changed my daith out a few weeks ago and was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice to help with my inflammation. Kitty pierced my seconds and thirds today and did an amazing job! I will definitely be coming back for more piercings in the future. Also, the whole front desk team did a great job helping me pick out my jewellery and even gave me a discount since I bought so many!
