“We've been having an electrical problem with our Ford C-Max for the last few weeks, so I called in at MHB Auto Spares this afternoon to ask if they could take a look at the battery and alternator for me. Without hesitation, they popped the bonnet and ran a free check on the battery - it needed a new one. It's quite complex to change the battery on a C-Max, as parts of the engine need removing in order to swap out the battery. Just 20 minutes later, a new battery was fitted, complete with a 12 month warranty at an AMAZING price - even cheaper than I could have bought the battery for online! I was recovered by the RAC and this garage accepted me to be recovered to. They did everything they could to ensure my car was fully operational even in the holiday period when they were extremely busy. “Outstanding service from Sherif! After calling around trying to get my coolant leak sorted in my 2018 VW Passat, Sherif was able to fit me in the very next day. I brought my car to him and after a diagnostics tests he diagnosed the issue — a faulty water pump. He clearly explained what the problem was and where it was coming from, then gave me a quote right after the diagnosis. When I asked when it could be fixed, he said he could start immediately. The next morning, he called to let me know the job would be complete by 4pm and the car was ready for pickup right on time. He even went through the old parts with me and explained everything again.
