“We where looking for an outside brake tester to replace our old one. After googling firms we found MRB. They where highly responsive and Alan was quick to come out for a chat with us. Everything was explained to us. Pros/cons.. next steps. Once all paper work was completed and parts delivered. They came out to dig and fit the new brake tester. The work was completed smoothly and without any problems. Very friendly staff. Highly capable of doing the job. Mike- the owner came out to check on several occasions to see all was okay and to check we where happy with the work they had done for us. We where made aware that any problems we could ring them whenever. All technical details where explained to us by Joe- how to use the tablet, the brake tester. Nothing was too much for them. I was recovered by the RAC and this garage accepted me to be recovered to. They did everything they could to ensure my car was fully operational even in the holiday period when they were extremely busy. I expected to have to book it on but Rick and his crew sorted the problem there and then, even fitting the bulbs. I had some minor damage done to my car by another vehicle and Manchester Accident Repair Centre were appointment by my Insurance company. They were very accommodating as they pushed my appointment forward to ensure I would have my car back ready for my MOT. Moreover, they picked up my car from work, leaving me with a curtesy car, and delivered my car back to work for me too. The work done on my car was great and expeditious as they only had it for 48 hours. I can’t fault it - The car was also cleaned both inside and out on its return.
