“Clive provided an outstanding service from start to finish, and most importantly it was all stress free! We were given a large choice of products to choose from and we were not disappointed on fit out day - products looked amazing in the catalogues and matched in real life. Clive and his team (fitter, electrician and plasterer) all did a great job onsite, very friendly and courteous. They always listened to what we wanted and made it happen. All very trustworthy and helpful. Many thanks for all the good suggestions that were provided to us. Clive was very helpful in co-ordinating the electrician to fit a new fuse board and change a few broken sockets around the house - all at very reasonable prices. He also introduced us to a good waste disposal company and plumber too. He is clearly a professional and well connected! We really like our new kitchen and can't wait to use it. “We had our kitchen fully remodelled by Moorgate Kitchens. Amy designed it and listened to all our needs. We were very delighted with the design. Amy managed the project really well and was always a phone call away whenever we had any concerns. All the works were carried out on time and deliveries were prompt too. “We ordered our new kitchen from Kutchenhaus in Stockport. We could look at the displays at our leisure, with help and advice if needed. The planning was done in-store, which took into account our wishes together with advice from staff. The kitchen was ordered but could be delayed by ourselves if we had any hold-ups, which we did. This was helpful as we didn’t have to store the kitchen prior to installation. We were kept informed throughout the whole process. Any small problems were quickly solved by the staff, who were polite and attentive at all times. We are very pleased with our new kitchen, it is excellent quality, with lots of useful features. Also we feel reasonably priced for the type of kitchen we’ve had. Would highly recommend.”

“Tanya's place is absolutely wonderful - we couldn't imagine leaving our bunny with anyone else! We have a house rabbit so she is used to lots of roaming time and Tanya always makes sure she gets regularly let out to explore, keeping us up to date with videos when she can and and our bunny absolutely loves her little holiday here. Tanya cares for her like she is her own. She is so knowledgeable and always gives such great advise. The facilities are amazing - central heating in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. All food is included and Tanya always makes sure they have the best veg and hay. Can highly recommend :)”

“This was our second visit to Kerridge End and we had another comfortable stay in The Hayloft. Good facilities for a wheelchair user with a lovely wetroom and shower chair provided. Very well equipped cottage having everything we needed. A lovely hamper was left for us on arrival and a delicious plate of homemade scones and jam too. Plenty of places to visit in the area.”

“Daniel got me in very quickly. Quoting Friday and completing the work brilliantly on Sunday. Got the job done efficiently and was both professional and friendly. Gave me some spare parts and ended up charging less than the initial quotation. He even levelled my washing machine whilst waiting for my system to drain. What a guy! Cheers Daniel!”

“Went for something to eat. Great service and a good menu to choose from. When the food came it was top quality and value for money. We went in the dark so found the drive a bit tricky but that would not stop me from going again.”

“If you can't find it here it's probably not made. Great knowledgeable staff with a great vibe as they are so damn funny. Heck of a lot crammed into a small space so be prepared to search for stuff. I forget it's there sometimes and go to the big chains but these local people will have the same type of stuff but likely better quality and cheaper.”

“Amazing authentic guest house. Location is ideal as it's central to Hollingworth Lake and Littleborough or Smithybridge Station. Rooms are spacious and ensuite. Tea and coffee and nibbles in the room and a big old bay window. Really friendly owner who couldn't do enough for me . Fully recommend as a solo, couples, or family visit.”

“Our families have used The Hinton Guest House a few times for their stays when visiting us in the area, and it has always been a fantastic choice. Most recently, my parents stayed for 7 nights in December 2024, and once again, the experience was excellent. Ann has consistently been extremely helpful and responsive, making the booking process straightforward and stress-free. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality truly set this guest house apart. The guest house is in a central position in Mobberley village, making it incredibly convenient. It’s just a couple of minutes’ walk to the Coop mini market, the local pharmacy, and a bus station with routes to Knutsford, Wilmslow, Macclesfield, and Altrincham. Additionally, it’s approximately a 10-minute walk to the local pubs, perfect for a relaxed evening out. The rooms and premises are always spotless, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. “What an amazing B&B. Sharon and Dave were simply wonderful hosts, with my family descending on them for the weekend for a nearby wedding. The beautiful flowers on the door were a good omen that we were in safe hands. The decor in the cottage was lovely and the whole place was well maintained. Sharon did a great job providing breakfast for all of us and they made us feel very welcome. It was a lovely break from urban life, would definitely recommend to others and I'd happily stay there again!”

“Needed an emergency accommodation due to Dv and I was booked in to the hotel at the last minute, At first I was afraid when I was told it is an hotel due to my terrible experience some years back and to my surprise it was the best I have ever gotten. No discrimination plus I needed Ramadan timetable calendar. Because where I was coming form,the time is different plus google keeps giving different time. I was afraid to asked the staff but to my surprise when I asked he told me the time and also gave me a picture…. Overall it is the best place ever especially if you have children the room is so big and accommodating I just wish their is a cooker but even without that the hotel is the best and cleanliness hotel I have ever seen and best location.”

“My old boiler broke down beyond repair and a friend recommended A T Plumbing. I contacted Adam and within a couple of days I had a qoute I was happy with and the new boiler was fitted. The workmanship was excellent and they left a very neat and tidy finish, managing to fit the new boiler and pipework on the footprint of the old one. Leaving me very little touch up decorating to do. He even managed to resolve an issue with my service provider using his contacts and getting the work I required done within 24hrs all on his own time and no extra cost. I can't recommend both Adam and Chris highly enough, excellent work and great value for money.”

“Ste and his team are amazing, they go above and beyond with what they do, I love coming home from work to a spotless house. They are also really reasonable price wise! I can’t carry a hoover up and down my stairs so it’s amazing that they bring all their own equipment and cleaning products, which saves money anyway so it’s a no brained for me! I’m only sorry I didn’t have cleaners years ago. Just amazing”
