“This was our first time using Ellen Smith Coach Company and I have to say they were 5 star. From the punctual pick up at our home to the return journey everything was first class. Our driver Yvonne was wonderful and went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect for us. She was a careful and skilled driver. Despite us sitting at the back of the coach the journey was so smooth and you hardly knew you were moving. This was down to her excellent driving skills. The hotel The Royal York and Faulkner was also first class and this was obvious from the extremely efficient and quick way we were all checked in. This hotel prides itself in dedication and attention to detail to ensure that an atmosphere of relaxation and friendliness pervades. The hotel enjoys an unrivalled position on the sea front at Sidmouth and minutes walk from the beautiful town centre. What a superb holiday. Definitely will be returning with Ellen Smith. We collected a very happy, healthy kitten who had grown immensely in just one week, to the extent whereby his cat carrier broke under the pressure of his growth, but the staff very kindly gave us one of their own to transport him safely home. Can be slightly addictive as you really don't know what treasures you will find from a pretty scarf to the perfect winter coat. Have purchased many beautiful items at such a bargain price that still have the original tag still on them. The stock is in extremely good condition, shop is spotless and airy and you can easily lose an hour just browsing. “Another brilliant trip aboard the Luciole. Home from home with a friendly and professional crew who go above and beyond what is expected. Really enjoyed learning about the local culture and history with a knowledgeable tour guide on a range of day trips including wine tasting and visits to Vezelay Abbey and Noyers medieval market town. The food provided by the on-board chef was delicious, as were the local wines and cheeses. A great way to see a beautiful area of France. Would highly recommend.”

We bought a brand new buggy much cheaper than online and they also had preloved options. The owner was personable and extremely knowledgable. Top tip - for parking go to the end of Cliff Crescent (where the bollards are). Park up easily and turn right onto the main road; the shop is about 20m down on the right.”
