“I attended this restaurant today for a party with my daughter who is autistic! She was really struggling at first but James was so caring and helpful, really patient and attentive which helped not only my daughter but me as an anxious SEN parent! The food was incredible and nothing was too much trouble! I feel confident to take my daughter here for eating out now too which is not something we often do! “I popped into Pizza Magic in Stockport to grab some pizzas for the family as I was visiting the area. The owner is so friendly and the pizzas are so tasty. He has a 5 star food hygiene rating (the shop was very tidy and well presented) and the food is epic! I will definitely go out of my way to go back. Keep up the great work.”

“We used this venue as a campervan stopover. Which was mostly OK. When we arrived to pitch up the parking area was pretty well at capacity due to a Bowls match, tis cleared after about 2 hours or so and we were able to pitch up. As this was free we decided to meet with my sister and partner and my son. The 5 of us had a pleasant meal in the pub which we enjoyed. I would suggest that the proprietors consider putting an outside drinking water tap and marked bins for waste recycling. I have no doubt that we shall be visiting again.”

“I came for an evening meal and the staff were immediately kind and very helpful. I was offered a drink whilst I waited at the bar which was amazing and then I was asked if I was ready to be seated upstairs. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff are so friendly and kind. The food was incredible and any time I felt I was ready for another drink or to order more food, there was a staff member near by to help with this. Will definitely be back!”

“Family meal for a group of 8. Staff were very welcoming and the place looks great. I was initially a bit concerned as not many people were present….but this soon changed Staff were great, welcoming and very attentive….informed food was halal Food was served pretty quickly…..garlic butter prawns are a must for starters….the butter was amazing….lamb shank was great and the mixed grill was good too…..great classy venue …you won’t be disappointed”

“Flic decided to have a day out in Marple. We started at this lovely Robinson's pub next to Rose Hill station. I am pretty sure I have been here a few times many years ago. Large open plan and plush interior with TV's and an outside terrace, also with a TV. Stairs down to a small beer garden beside a large car park. Three of four handpumps in use on my visit. Went for a seasonal Pale Ale, AMO 4.4%. Really refreshing.”

“Ordered here on on the 7th Had lamb Bhuna and Chicken Dupiaza with PeshWari naan and a paratha with poppa doms and chutney tray Starters:Poppadoms with chutney tray 8/10 Very nice fresh poppadoms love the garnish of coriander on the onion relish everything perfect except lime pickle was more spicy than sour Mains: Lamb bhuna Chicken Dupiaza pilau rice 9.7/10 The lamb Bhuna was simply amazing It was creamy and sweet and a touch spicy Loved every spoonfull. Dupiaza Was good nothing really to write home about chicken was nicely cooked tasted nice But i Again state Nothing to write home about Price: Ordered from Just eat would have prefered to order directly as all profits go to the takeaway itself. For the overal order It came to £22.95 if i was sat inside the restaraunt itself i would have given £5 tip Overall: If you love curries this is the place to try Hoping they win the stockport curry award as that meal deserved it from me anyway Thanks to the Restaraunt for making my meal a delight and i hope you continue at this set standard.”

“Been using this nice takeaway for over 10years always happy. But there beef could be better it chewy cheap cuts of meat but there egg fo young is lovely as is all there food salt and pepper ribs are nice staff always helpful always welcome me and happy to help”

“Only went for a couple of hours to my local Slimming World group which used the vault as a temporary place to hold it. But, I was so impressed by the decor and the cleanliness of the place that I would definitely go in again in a social capacity. It's spotless.”

“Went in at lunch time with visiting friends and all had the fish and chips. All three portions were well cooked and a decent size. The mushy peas were a good consistency and the batter on the fish was crisp. Chips were also well cooked. There was about a ten minute wait for the food which was good. There is a good range of beers in the bar and an excellent pint of Guinness. My guest commented the john Smith's was a little too cold. The Tartare sauce was tasty but I prefer it to be a little bit creamier personally. The premises were clean and tidy and are dog friendly and the bar staff were polite and cheerful. All in all a very good experience and I would eat here again. Revisit 10/12/24 Fish and chips and Guinness as good as my original visit. Keeps the five stars.”

“This is one of the best pubs in the area. I have been going here on and off since way before it was renovated last time and Julie and her team work hard to make this a fun and welcoming place to go. There is no food but the cost of a pint is reasonable, has live music every weekend, has a small enclosed outdoor area and you are not constantly looking over your shoulder. How often do you hear the words “We have had to shut the front door as we are full” in pubs any more! Keep up the good work Julie.”
