What transpired was a loose wheel nut that wasn't correctly tightened (if at all?!) from a previous McCowboy mechanic (elsewhere). Paul the mechanic, at Fleetcare, managed to sort my problem - which could have potentially saved my life had my wheel came off during a motorway trip (later today) and causing a pile up and mass death toll....lol. I went there yesterday they changed my tires and fixed a puncture for a very good price, and even topped up my oil and screen wash for free. “I drive a Nissan, and came here to get my brakes checked due to a minor noise. I was told that it was nothing to worry about. After having a look the mechanic took time out of his day to carefully explain why the noise was occurring and how it was no cause for concern. “Exceptional service from Mike and the team! I had a slow puncture in my back left run flat tyre which I took to National first to have it looked at and get a quote. They advised it couldn't be fixed due to the placement of the nail which was causing the puncture. Instead, they told me a replacement run flat tyre would cost £310 minimum (which seemed crazy!). Rather than do that immediately, I wanted to check in with somewhere local to compare prices. I took my car to Mike where he inspected and told me that those prices were outrageous. Once he had looked at it, he said that I didn't even necessarily need run flats, but National never bothered to mention that and tried upselling me massively. In the end, Mike and the team replaced BOTH my back tyres for a total of £160 all in, double the tyres for half the price and great service at the same time. The tyres were B grade grip and on par quality with Pirrelli tyres. Overall, very happy and couldn't recommend Mike enough if you need new tyres. Ordered them and fitted next day, only took 1 hour to do the work. Thanks very much!”

They had a full check over the car for me and ran diagnostics to check for faults. Quite a few things were discovered however they gave honest advice, avoiding the repairs until my head gasket has been checked. Excellent service and treat their customers very well.
