Breakfast restaurant in Stretford

“We moved to the area around a year ago and our estate agent told us to go here for dinner to celebrate. We didn't get round to it then, but we should've! We came with a group and tried every dish on the menu. There honestly wasn't one average dish, they were all perfectly cooked, creative and beautifully presented. We asked everyone around the table which was their favourite dish and got back at least 6 different answers, so there really is something for everyone. Price wise, I think it's very reasonable. We walked out stuffed, and had wine and desserts for £50/per person roughly.”

“Me and my partner started coming here over 2 years ago, we had walked past seeing “cocktails, coffee and pizza” which my partner turned to say it’s a place made for me (I often have a cocktail, water and coffee when out). We have been on sunny days in their outside area and inside - both carry the amazing by atmosphere and impeccable music taste. The staff are friendly and maintain really good service, very relaxed and chilled vibes no matter what time of year. Families, friends and dogs are welcome too! The food - we have tried many of their options but have come to have a standard order of the pepperoni hot honey pizza and pumpkin base with ‘nduja and cheese pizza . These are amazing, the dough is unlike most other places, that the crust alone is something to look forward too. The pumpkin is a personal fave, again hard to find else where and even if you can it’s nowhere near as moreish! They also have amazing vegan and gluten free options - which I have tried the vegan, and again, amazing quality and taste. They do have dessert options- the baked cheesecake is also a must try, not normally a fan of them but I for sure have been won. Sad to see this little place go but well deserved and excited to see the new place just down the road! Hoping it goes well and will be back when it opens!”

“Great cafe 10 minute drive from chill factore / Trafford centre. Small / medium sized cafe, no booking taken over the phone for breakfast, first come first served. We arrived @ 11am and it was very busy. Had to wait about 20 mins for a table but was absolutely worth it and staff where polite and kept us updated whilst we waited. Brunch menu served till 12.30 Cooked breakfast / loaded potato skins / smoked salmon & egg / pancakes etc…. Went for the big cooked breakfast which was truly superb. Hashbrowns i think are home made, and lovely, as re the Cumberland sausage etc. The whole thing was big and filling Would definitely recommend and will return again.”

“I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better person than Macory to celebrate my son Liam’s birthday with. From the moment we walked into the Man Utd Red Café, he made us feel so special. He had the table set up beautifully and was there every step of the way, making sure Liam and his friends were happy, excited, and truly enjoying themselves. The kids absolutely adored him — and the other parents were just as impressed by his kindness and care. “Best local Chinese food place in Stretford with lovely owners who are really nice and sometimes throw in some extras. A little pricier than some other similar places, but in all honesty it's really worth it - there is a Chippy that is closer to me and cheaper, but it just doesn't quite feel the same after going to Four Seasons. The Salt & Pepper Chips are a personal favourite and the Chicken Satay sticks, Roast Duck and Sweet & Sour Chicken are a commonplace in my house hold, along with their noodles and fried rice. Definitely recommend, whether in person or for delivery, whether you're with people that are a big fan of Chinese food or aren't as familiar.”

“I eat here once or twice a week. Consistently friendly staff. And unlike some cafés in this price range they are happy to substitute alternative items for no extra cash on their set meals. They have a veggie breakfast, which I've not tried, but I have no idea how vegan their veggie meals are. Well placed for a meal or a quick cuppa when changing from bus to tram at Trafford Bar, but get there before 2 as they close at half past!”

“10 min walk to Trafford Centre. 5 min walk to pub next door. Not a scenic part of the world. Views are A-roads or vacant plots. Clean, large rooms. Modern feel. Ensuite with soap/shampoo. Breakfast was part of the deal and this was selection of help yourself hot and cold items. There is a bar in the hotel. The hotel does serve food until 9.30pm and pizzas are 24hrs room service. Car park gets busy - £5 for one night. Arrive early to get a space.”

“It was lovely and for tourists interested in visiting Old Trafford, this is super close. The bus system is great so we could stay here even though our event was at the University of Manchester. The breakfast was beautiful and fun, and we didn't have to break our banks.”

“Lovely early morning breakfast today, the cafe was busy already at 0920. The service was quick the food was served hot drinks were hot and the food was brought to the table. The restaurant was clean and the location was lovely. Christmas tree has been put up the Christmas feel is out , love it. Staff are lovely one even said is it too early for Christmas ? But what let them down was there was no soap in the loo’s! I went into two loo’s there was no soap first thing in the morning. It should have been replenished, if it had ran out. A replacement of a pump soap may be ? This is a let down!!! Restaurant has a lively atmosphere and the staff are pleasant. The decor is lovely.”

“Really busy but quick service, drink made perfectly. There was one young lady with long dark hair in a ponytail and lots of smiles. She took my order and helped all the rest of the staff. If everyone worked as hard as she does, with that level of customer service the world would the a much nicer place.”

“We only dine here, we don't stay in the hotel as we live locally. The Coach House is our favourite 'go-to' place to eat out. We'll be very sorry to see it close. We've had group family celebrations here, as well as quiet meals out as a couple. Great food, great staff, warm & welcoming atmosphere.”

“Visited at a good time, wasn’t busy and not many people so atmosphere was great and service was not rushed. Waiter was a star and really nice and friendly. Food was delicious, enjoyed it with my dad and little sister and they came in generous portion sizes. Although the menu is quite pricy and some items are overpriced as well imo. Food tasted fresh though and we enjoyed it all and took some for takeout as well.”

“Amazing food for a supermarket cafe! Had to take my car in to the garage next door so had no way of getting back until it was fixed so popped in for some food. Really unexpected to be honest. I had hallumi burger with chilli jam and lettuce with peri peri fries (I know right) then to finish I had a salted caramel flapjack and my mum had mince pie bakewell, really delicious, she says the best she's ever had. Staff were nice and service was efficient.”
