“Our cat Ruby has just returned after her top class stay! The rooms are beautifully decorated and set out with cat's behaviour in mind. Helen is extremely knowledgeable and intuitive about cats and what they need. I was kept well updated about how Ruby was getting on, including, cuddles and playtime and how she was eating. She came home contented and happy. I particularly like that she couldn't see other cats, which would normally stress her out in a standard cattery. Wouldn't hesitate to book her in again. “Highly recommend these kennels. I have an elderly pug and a young boxer who both enjoy their stay here. I like that they are let out to play with other dogs at least twice a day which I feel is important to the dogs mental health. They are always happy when dropped off and when they are collected. Paula and her staff are friendly and helpful.”

Every time Angela or Jai come to pick her up she is always so excited to go with them and it's easy to see how much she loves them. They have also definitely improved her ability to walk on a lead (used to be pretty much impossible) and her socialisation with other dogs. Thank you so much for looking after her so well.”

“We've asked Simeon at Fluffies to cat-sit twice now. Our cat can be a bit of a diva and overly sensitive to change but once he knew what was what with Simeon all was fine. We met Simeon prior to our first booking and he obviously loves cats, so we felt comfortable with our choice. He has also put out/collected our bins and mail for us which helps to make your house look less vacant. His prices are exceptionally reasonable and we have been able to book him at short notice (although obviously try to book in advance if you can). Receiving updates and pics via WhatsApp every day really helps reassure you, especially if you overly worry about your pet.”

The visit starts with a consultation about your requirements for that particular visit with advice and guidance provided where necessary. Thanks also for the little updates whilst we were away. I don't know what magic they weave whilst we're away but Stitch is a fussy eater at home ( my fault for being too soft with her giving her treats etc) but when we come home her appetite is fantastic. The lady who helped us was patient, showed us how to care for them and even wsited behind after their opening times so I could go buy some carry cases. “I have used Copperbeech Boarding for both my cat and my dog for a number of years .prior to the dog we have I had a reactive dog which Copperbeech were happy to board on a one to one basis. They posted photos of my dog in their conservatory looking so happy ,I was amazed as I wasn't even sure staff would get near him let alone have him out of his kennel. They look after my cat as well who isn't always happy to be kept inside at the best of times and be grumpy,but they let him have a wander round the cattery. It's a first class business and nothing is too much trouble to make your pets stay a happy relaxed one.”

We collected a very happy, healthy kitten who had grown immensely in just one week, to the extent whereby his cat carrier broke under the pressure of his growth, but the staff very kindly gave us one of their own to transport him safely home. “What an amazing kennels, can't stop smiling. We boarded both our Shar-Pei's Chewie and Leia. This was their first time and I was so nervous, they are a difficult breed to say the least. Leia is also our latest rescue, she still suffers anxiety due to her awful past. But wow did not have anything to worry about, they looked amazing, waggy tails and looked like they had a real doggy holiday. Josh, Stewart and all the staff have a genuine love for Animals, it makes me smile. I would definitely recommend this amazing kennel. They will be visiting regular now, a great way of socialising. “I have used Izzy for 6 weeks while I recovered from surgery . I used to see Izzy on my normal dog walks and saw her with the dogs she walked. I could see how the dogs she walked reacted to her and the care she took with them, so when I needed help after surgery I asked her if she could help. After a difficult time initially with one of my dogs who wouldn’t go in her car , all 3 really looked foreward to there walks and sat at the window looking for her. She was very reliable and very careing towards my dogs. My 3 are not easy, all have little issues and are old , she fitted in with them, accommodating there needs and was so patient with them. They are the most lovely, genuine dog lovers who are very professional and reliable and are always keen to have as much knowledge about dogs in their care as they can.
