“Simply the best cattery you can imagine. We visited many potential catteries before choosing Cuddles, some very nice ones, but non came close and we were not disappointed. The facilities are fantastic, the best we viewed, but what really stands Cuddles apart are the two wonderful owners, Gail and Steve. They love cats, have five of their own, the care and affection they show to all their boarders made us feel secure in leaving our two with them for a whole three weeks. They even kept us in touch with photos and videos! Five stars, because you cannot give six, and a huge thank you.”

Every time she’s been elsewhere I’ve not been happy with her groom as she’s a bichon, so I was nervous but when I saw her I nearly cried with happiness! I’ve never seen her with a cut this PERFECT!! She looks like a totally different dog! We are all in love with the way she’s been groomed! She was incredibly clean & smelt absolutely gorgeous! This is where we are here to stay for the future! “I really want to thank everybody at Four Paws for such a fabulous learning experience. Clare and Rebecca have been fantastic tutors; incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in their craft, they have been professional, approachable and supportive throughout. It has been an absolute pleasure and privilege to learn from them. I would also like to thank Natalie, who has provided consistent and constructive feedback on my theory units allowing me to progress through the course. Of course, I can’t forget Michelle, who was also a great support during my first days at the school. I genuinely feel that the needs and welfare of the dogs in the salon is paramount to the Four Paws team which is incredibly important to me. The dogs themselves have been wonderful. There are plenty of opportunities to learn and develop different and appropriate grooming and handling skills required to work in the grooming industry. The course theory content is extremely comprehensive. I feel that I have gained much more knowledge in all things canine, including canine skin and the hair cycle, the different coat types, different breeds and kennel club groups. The accommodation is not only fantastic value for money but has enabled me to train at the school whilst travelling from South London which may not have been possible otherwise. There are of course training providers much closer to where I live, however I am so glad that I chose Four Paws. I don’t imagine that I could have had a better learning experience anywhere else. I would not hesitate to recommend Four Paws groom school to anybody wishing to pursue a career in dog grooming.”

“Right from the start, organising walks for my dog was easy with Gemma. She came to my home to go over everything so that she knew all the quirks of my dog and what he needed. Both her and her team are very sweet and accommodating to my sometimes nervous pooch. The service is flexible and easy to book so that it all fits in with what you need. My dog loves his weekly sniffy walks with his new friends.”

“I can’t recommend Phil enough. He’s been walking our dog Winnie for several years now, and our beloved Treacle before that. Winnie is always up at the window in the morning waiting for her bestie, or uncle Phil as he is affectionately known in our household. When he’s here she’ll bark then go zooming out to him, helping herself into his car most times, tail going like the clappers. She always has the most fun and although she loves dunking and getting into anything gross and dirty, Phil makes sure she comes back to us in a reasonable state!”
