“Our cat Ruby has just returned after her top class stay! The rooms are beautifully decorated and set out with cat's behaviour in mind. Helen is extremely knowledgeable and intuitive about cats and what they need. I was kept well updated about how Ruby was getting on, including, cuddles and playtime and how she was eating. She came home contented and happy. I particularly like that she couldn't see other cats, which would normally stress her out in a standard cattery. Wouldn't hesitate to book her in again. “I left my dog Bella and my kitten Nova here from Wednesday until Monday, and I was super anxious about leaving them, the lady I spoke with on both drop off and pick up said she was new there but has been absolutely amazing! The other staff i’ve spoken to on the phone have been honest and given me updates on the two occasions I called up, my dog absolutely adored her time there and she didn’t want to leave, and my kitten was anxious at first but as soon as she’d settled in due to the staff being lovely and caring with her, they’ve had their own little holiday whilst i’ve been on holiday! “This is the only place I take my double-coated rescue. This is the first groomer I have been to that I, and more importantly my dog, are happy with. Other groomers can cut fur, but you get so much more at Aliwags, they understand about hair growth and have rescued my dog from a previous bad groom elsewhere. Excellent value for money!”

“I can’t recommend Phil enough. He’s been walking our dog Winnie for several years now, and our beloved Treacle before that. Winnie is always up at the window in the morning waiting for her bestie, or uncle Phil as he is affectionately known in our household. When he’s here she’ll bark then go zooming out to him, helping herself into his car most times, tail going like the clappers. She always has the most fun and although she loves dunking and getting into anything gross and dirty, Phil makes sure she comes back to us in a reasonable state!”
