“Always Active sessions have had such a positive impact on my Mum' s life. Her dementia (AD) means she sometimes forgets my name, but she never, and I mean never, forgets what days her Always Active days are on. These are the only days she gets up early and is ready on time. She always wants to go and even though by the time she gets home, she's completely forgotten what she's done during the day, she will always tell me she's had fun and how much she's laughed. The staff are absolutley amazing and I can't praise Gina, Sharon and all the amazing staff enough. Seeing my Mum enjoying herself so much at Always Active sessions is an absolutley priceless feeling. The outdoor space is really well equipped and they have fun out there in all weathers. We’ve found the staff to be wonderful and caring, really taking the time to get to know the children. They do a great job at promoting independence but in a kind and nurturing way. It’s a small setting which means it has a lovely family feel to it. Our son loves spending time there and talks about the staff and his friends at nursery all the time.”
