“Everything you need & more, affordable, friendly & welcoming to all shapes & sizes. Staff are lovely & very informative & extremely happy to help even if you have a "stupid" question haha. As a plus size woman, I feel so comfortable to work out & to get back to my pre spinal operation weight. Easy enough to book & cancel sessions, equipment great quality majority is Matrix Gym Equipment. Also with the whole Covid-19 stuff they are following all guidelines which makes me feel safe as I work out. Although it's not overly big there's always something to work on while you wait for something else. I can't currently do anything weight related due to my surgery, & I don't feel pressured by staff that I should be doing that, everything is in my own pace & they understand that which makes me actually LOVE going. Even when I have to miss a few days or recently a week between sessions due to my back pain, staff don't make any comments (like ive had in the past at another gym I've been to). I just want to say a huge thank you to all staff at Radcliffe.”

“So pleased with our puppy’s first groom. She is a yorkiepoo and her face fur around her nose was getting long! I tried several times to attempt to trim it but she was having none of it! I messaged Georgia to enquire and received lots of information of what her grooms involve….so we booked her in! Georgia said Willow was a very good girl and she came home looking and smelling beautiful- puppy trimmed all over (inc face!), ears cleaned which was also tricky for us to clean as she had stains following an infection and again, wouldn’t let us near her ears to clean them and much more. “100% recommend. Just go to this place. I damaged my paintwork by careless clay baring my new car. Honestly it was horrendous, scratched headlights, plastic trims, paintwork... I had the car for about a week, mortified. All the above was no problem for Chris to sort out. Decided to go with a 3 year ceramic coat as well as the paint correction. Chris fully explained the process, suggested future best practices and was just so knowledgeable. If you research this place you will see that Chris can also does leather repairs, paint protection films...the works to an amazing standard. I'm really protective over my car's and Chris didn't mind one bit, a truly understanding professional. Thanks once again Chris for saving my paintwork and answering all my questions.”

“From first walking in the door there is a relaxed atmosphere in the lovely, bright waiting room. Helpful and pleasantly chatty receptionists, reassuring and knowledgeable nurses (Lisa is very comforting), hygienists who take the time to explain what and why they are doing something, giving me a mirror to watch how I need the correct procedures to continue my treatment at home....and what can I say about Dr Mo....no wonder this practice has won so many awards. He talked me through everything he planned to do, answering any questions considerately, in easy to understand language and instils confidence in this previously nervous patient. I applaud this practice 100%. I always know how long the appointments will last and how much I will need to pay. Thank you for returning my confidence to smile and even though I no longer live in the area I have no qualms about travelling to this practice to ensure continuity and it's nice to be recognised as a returning patient.”

My only constructive criticism is that the guy who makes the resin keyrings and jewellery and sells them on the counter needs to come to my house for lessons haha god loves a tryer but he's really not good at it haha, need to learn how to finish his pieces so they aren't sucken inwards. “Clean environment, products well outlined, products are very affordable too compared to other stores. However, there is no self checkout point, products are limited too. There are about 7 till stands but mostly 2-3 in use per time thereby increasing waiting time. This is usually the frustrating part of my shopping. The till attendants i have interfaced with are very professional, friendly and patient.”
