“I’ve been to Sara twice now, first time for 1ml lips back in 2019 and the second time for a 5ml package of lips, chin, jaw and cheeks in 2021. The whole time during each treatment Sara made sure I was comfortable and considering I was quite nervous the first time she kept me calm by keeping me up to date with every little thing she was doing. “Our cat has stayed at Lovi Pet Hotel twice in the last two months. He was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease in February and we’d already booked two holidays so we knew he’d have to go to a cattery. We spoke to Maria and arranged a visit and were very impressed so Sid was booked in for his holiday. It was the first time Sid had been away from home and Lovi Pet looked after him so well. They managed his medicine and ensured he settled in. The cameras are fantastic to check how he was and it was really reassuring to see him relaxed and at ease. I thoroughly recommend Lovi Pet Hotel to really look after your cats - an outstanding cattery who really love cats. Thank you.”

“Just picked our black labrador Luna up from Mike and the girls and it's honestly the first time she hasn't wanted to come home. She has absolutely loved every second of it there, Mike sent me numerous photos throughout our week long holiday, which really put our mind at ease. I can honestly say I won't leave her with anyone else from now on, she's made lots of new friends and by the looks of it has had the time of her life! Will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone I know looking for a place for their dog to stay (I would say kennels but this is more like a 5* luxury apartment).”

“Highly recommend these kennels. I have an elderly pug and a young boxer who both enjoy their stay here. I like that they are let out to play with other dogs at least twice a day which I feel is important to the dogs mental health. They are always happy when dropped off and when they are collected. Paula and her staff are friendly and helpful.”

“We have used the cattery in August and are using again in sept 2024 it is a fantastic cattery well organised exceptionally clean and our cat is very well cared for. He has been on vet prescribed medication daily and Viv just takes over his daily doses with no fuss whatsoever. We wouldn't use any other cattery it has to be the best in Bolton. Gets booked up very very quickly which tells you everything you need to know”

“Fergus has been attending DogsZone for the last few months & I can honestly say the staff are so friendly & helpful & seem to really enjoy the company of the dogs. Fergus has some health issues with his stomach & staff sometimes feed him for me & this often isn’t easy as he’ll lose his appetite but they always persevere. I receive videos & photos all day of Fergus & the other dogs playing indoors & outdoors which is very reassuring. I highly recommend DogsZone!”
