“I have had two repairs done here, an iPad port/charger issue back in 2021, and a replacement screen last November (2024). Both have been excellent. I've had no issues with the replacement screen whatsoever and it resolved an additional microphone issue I had that turned out to be hardware related! It may not be the cheapest service - another potential customer was moaning when I was there - but I think that's because they are doing a good job. I would trust them with any future repairs.”

No good for us as we were leaving the caravan site Sunday morning. Then something came into his mind and he looked on computer and the items were in stock in the Bolton store. “Needed to have my daughter's screen replaced on her brand-new Samsung phone as she dropped it on concrete only 2 weeks after receiving it for her birthday. A Gentleman named Mo who is very polite and professional quoted for and fixed the phone the same day. I didn't need an appointment, the phone was fixed in just over an hour. He also put a screen protector on the phone the prevent any future scratches or bumps.
