Dave arrived within ten minutes, identified the problem as a split flexible hose, managed to shut off the water and returned first thing next morning to fit a new hose and new stop tap. A 100% fantastic service.”

“We had a blocked down-pipe which constantly overflowed down the side of the house when heavy rain threatening damp problems. Had employed previous roof contractors who supposedly 'fixed' the problem only for it to reoccur as soon as it stated raining. Once contacted, David came round promptly and immediately worked out the actual cause which was due to an incorrectly fitted joining side-pipe from a boiler installation by British Gas. He completed the replacement and made time to clearly explain all he had done. The quality of his work and attention to detail was of a high quality. The price for this was really reasonable. Problem is now solved and really happy with his repair. Would most definitely recommend, especially since our experience with previous roofing services.”

“I am so pleased a neighbour recommended Kancho as we'd been looking for a kitchen fitter for almost 2 years. Kancho was great right from the start. He arrived with a designer and electrician and within a couple of days we had the first design. Our original kitchen was awkward which limited our design options but Kancho was able to overcome these issues and was prepared to customise some of the units to give us as much storage as possible. We made some changes to the design and we soon had the perfect kitchen on paper. The installation went very well, even though there were issues along the way (uneven walls etc), but Kancho being Kancho was always optimistic, enthusiastic and never appeared stressed. We love our new kitchen and it matches the plans. We never thought it would be possible but we've got our dream kitchen. We highly recommend Kancho for his professionalism, great chats/attitude and integrity!! Kancho, if you're reading this, feel free to pop over whenever you're in the area, there will always be a Latte with 3 sugars here for you :-)”

“I'm so pleased that I found Pipeline Services to replace my old copper water supply pipe that kept on getting small leaks. It was a bigger job than first thought, as not only did they have to mole 20 meters down my drive, they also had to dig some some of the concrete garage floor. They have left everything nice and tidy as well. Big thank you to Victoria in the office who was able to be flexible with our appointments to coincide with the water board coming to move our water meter, and thank you to Michael and Lee who carried out the work. Kool it offer a scalable range of options for servicing, which is helpful as I am on a budget. I opted for a twice yearly service, and found the cost to be very competitive. I was nervous about the ability of the company to execute well, having never used this company before. I need not have worried. I was in great hands! Dillon called out to do my service on Monday. may I commend Dillon he is a great asset to your business, he was absolutely fantastic and so knowledgeable, experienced, courteous and communicative. My home is currently occupied by a family from oversees who have come to the UK on the resettlement scheme and are often nervous about visitors. Dillon instantly put them at ease. Thank you. “Our annual boiler servicing is completed by LW Plumbing & Heating and has been for a few years. Today we had Chris and Jack attend, they came very early so as not to cause any disruption to the office/staff and were courteous, efficient and thorough. We have also called on them when things go wrong i.e. a radiator not heating and they attend site promptly resolving issues quickly. Highly recommend.”
