“I have changed to Carlows from Boots Middleton where waiting for prescription was always 25 mins.. I couldn't be happier with the service only on my second prescription it's like a dream.. The staff are so Friendly and Professional . I even got a phone call from my 88 year old mum her just got hers delivered by a lovely chap..she's over the Moon.. I find the chemist to be professional, helpful and courteous, the staff although at times extremely busy, are always helpful when addressing any queries, questions l may have. Patricia Phillips”

“Great food as always from M and S. There were a number of special offers on when we were there. A number of products were reduced so it was excellent value. There is access for disabled visitors, prams and buggies. The staff here are very helpful and polite. There are meals for one and for families too. This is a good store to keep top up your shopping on your way home.”

“i was recommended boots options middleton by my friend, and i was not disappointed. The process was super quick and as someone who wears glasses full time there are so many different options. The staff were super helpful and friendly and even suggested to me i can come back and pick some sunglasses for half price which i did a couple weeks later. Boots middleton will defo be my go to from now on as i felt so at ease throughout the whole process”

“Nice cafe with usual Tesco menu. Food excellently cooked and presented, and even the beans were hot (which in my experience of most cafes is unusual). Cheerful and efficient staff and good atmosphere. What was really good was that you ordered at the counter rather at the impersonal machines which is becoming the norm (and is the reason we tend to avoid several other Tesco Cafes).”

“I took my son to Middleton Pharmacy last night and the two members of staff were really friendly. The chap looking at my son was really helpful, took his time to ask lots of questions and gave lots of helpful advice. My son is 5 years old and was a little tired and impatient but the chap was so patient with him and it was a trip well worth making. Glad that I won’t need to waste an hour on the phone at 8am on Monday morning trying to get a GP appointment. Looking at the previous reviews, we didn’t experience any of the negativity others have experienced.”
