“I wanted a spacious kitchen which maximised storage and practicality as well as being aesthetically pleasing and Suga gave me everything I asked for and more with a great design, highlighting what might would better and suggesting features that would increase longevity and impact. I can’t believe how much storage I have and everyone has glowing compliments about my kitchen. It’s a joy to cook in! “Try before you buy. Physical store. We already had an idea of which two mattresses we wanted to try out due to the help we recieved from Stewart on the Live Chat the night before. Stewart had already produced two quotes which we took into the shop and were met by Jake. He showed us where the two mattresses we wanted to look at were within the store but also suggested a mattress we'd never have otherwise have considered (Tempur Pro Plus Smartcool Mattress) which is not the coil spring mattress type we've always had. We actually preferred the Tempur once we had tried lying down on it in the shop so bought that. Jake was very respectful of the fact that it was Stewart who had been our first point of contact and the reason we came into store and so the managers of both sales assistants were made aware that it had been a joint effort in order to service us. Overall so far a very good experience. Product is being delivered 10/11/25 with a 40 day sleep trial so if we just do not get on with the new mattress we can exchange it. We paid a bit extra to have our old mattress removed/recycled and the delivery charge for the new mattress includes delivery to a room of our choice so they'll take it upstairs.”

“I am in love amazing value for money paid £1100 for x8 chairs and 2m marble dinning table + £200 assembly which you could not do yourself it’s so so heavy the 2 men that delivered was nothing short of outstanding so polite spoke to me and my daughter and husband with the upmost respect and treated our property as a palace they had been out delivering since 11pm the night before !! And was nothing but happy and enthusiastic the company dealt with me and my 100 phone calls so well I get very anxious and needed constant re assurance which they provided I would highly recommend can not wait to order more stuff I am using 6 chairs at the table and 1 in my room as a dressing table chair and the same in my daughters the quality is unreal 5 star all round thank you so so much”

“I've had my mattress for 3 month. Before I've had it my sleeping efficiency was never above 65% and could never get more than 5 hours of sleep a night. It used to take me over 45-60 minutes in bed to get a sleep. As well as having an interrupted sleeping and used to wake up at least twice every night because of the discomfort I had while having my previous mattress. Now, my sleeping efficiency is above 82% and I wake up very well rested. Moreover, N:rem mattress has helped a lot to reduce my snoring level by having my head very well positioned along with my body. I am 33 this June and I can assure that I've never had such a high quality mattress before getting my N:rem one. Would I actually recommend it to anybody?? “If you’re in Media City this shop is definitely worth a visit. It is an Outlet store so you will see some of the clothing you’d find in the bigger stores on the high street but much cheaper. I am happy to say they usually have my size too which isn’t always the case in outlet stores. I have put a couple of photos up but they don’t really do the place justice. If you’re in Media City it’s worth popping in even if you’re not looking for anything in particular because there are loads of clothes here. The staff are unfailing polite and helpful and there is a car park attached to the shopping mall here. Thanks for reading”
