“Try before you buy. Physical store. We already had an idea of which two mattresses we wanted to try out due to the help we recieved from Stewart on the Live Chat the night before. Stewart had already produced two quotes which we took into the shop and were met by Jake. He showed us where the two mattresses we wanted to look at were within the store but also suggested a mattress we'd never have otherwise have considered (Tempur Pro Plus Smartcool Mattress) which is not the coil spring mattress type we've always had. We actually preferred the Tempur once we had tried lying down on it in the shop so bought that. Jake was very respectful of the fact that it was Stewart who had been our first point of contact and the reason we came into store and so the managers of both sales assistants were made aware that it had been a joint effort in order to service us. Overall so far a very good experience. Product is being delivered 10/11/25 with a 40 day sleep trial so if we just do not get on with the new mattress we can exchange it. We paid a bit extra to have our old mattress removed/recycled and the delivery charge for the new mattress includes delivery to a room of our choice so they'll take it upstairs.”

“Excellent ! Cannot fault at all. I searched the net and stumbled upon this gem of a manufacturer. Went to visit the warehouse the sofas are no different to other retailers charging 2k plus for similar furniture. Was greeted by a lady called kate who was very helpful and informative. Picked my sofa and had it delivered 3 hours later in November! Other stores such as dfs quoting 10 week delivery times. Quality is fabulous. Me and my sister also met the gentleman who ran the business he was very polite and helpful. After purchasing i did read some reviews below and honestly i do not see how people had such issues. I paid the balance in full by bank transfer although only a small deposit was required in advance and goods was delivered exactly when they said they would. I checked the goods before i purchased them and seen the other stock they had. Thank you so much for wonderful service and great products. “I wanted a spacious kitchen which maximised storage and practicality as well as being aesthetically pleasing and Suga gave me everything I asked for and more with a great design, highlighting what might would better and suggesting features that would increase longevity and impact. I can’t believe how much storage I have and everyone has glowing compliments about my kitchen. It’s a joy to cook in! “Honest people and very friendly. I ordered a white ottoman gloss bed and a 250cm wardrobe and it was all so reasonably priced and fixed by them. Shabir and Sajid are kind humans and very honest. They rest assured me that if there are any problems they are a call away. They even helped me try to fix a dining table which I had lost the screws to through moving even thought it was not purchased in their shop. I will be buying all my furniture from here and I highly recommend them if you want good quality, great service, and above all a good price.”

“We went for the classic afternoon tea. We usually don't like the top dessert layer but this was the best one we ever had. The food was fresh. Scones just out of the over. The service was attentive but not overbearing which is the perfect balance. I would recommend it to try the alcoholic drinks too they had a great collection. Not many tea options but the ones we tried were very good quality with nice taste. A place we would definately re visit when they change the menu.”

“From Terry's design, which made full and imaginative use of the space in our small kitchen, to the installation by Paul on the agreed date in spite of freezing treacherous conditions, to the finishing touch by Wayne when I made a last minute addition to what I wanted, this was all a very positive experience. We are on the second floor with no lift, but none of that deterred this team from doing a fantastic job. I can't recommend them too much. There might be slightly cheaper kitchens out there, but these are excellent value and look great.”

“They’ve started doing burger deliveries and the burgers are fantastic! Think 5 guys meets GBK. I got a double Eminem burger, it came slightly pink in the middle...just how I like it. I’ll be satisfying all my burger cravings from here for now on! Chips were also nice, draught beer vacation was lovely. I’ll give the halloumi fries a miss next time they weren’t great - my only complaint”
