“An amazing place to bring your child(ren). Each class is different and fun. Becky and Loz do a fantastic job of bringing so much excitement, colourful props. Their cheerful and empathetic personality, makes you feel valued. Me and my girl always looked forward to the classes. Thank you for offering your services which are highly recommended. If you've got a child or children under 4 please do them a favour and bring them to toddler sense. It was the best thing I ever done to bring my girl here. She loved this placed and so did I! ❤️”

“Honestly footlights has been such an amazing experience for me, it’s genuinely supported me throughout my life and given me something to look forward to every weekend. I’ve been going to footlights since I was six and have made so many incredible memories and met just the most amazing people. “My two girls have been with Damien Hey Dance Academy for six months, and we couldn’t be happier. Both Damien and Sam always go above and beyond to make sure all of their students achieve what they are capable of, but more importantly provide a nurturing environment that their kids feel happy in and are made to feel part of the DHDA family as soon as they walk through the door for the first time! They are fully invested from day one! Both girls already having danced for a number of years at a different school, we made the move to DHDA and the incredible progress they have both made absolutely makes the 490 mile round trip for lessons worth it! They come home enthusiastic and excited for the next one. I cannot thank Damien and Sam enough for all they do! If I could give more than five stars on here I would!”

Searched on google as you do and came across JD dance and it was the best thing I ever did. The staff are amazing the owner Jenny is wonderful and everyone who is a part of JD dance are so welcoming feel a part of a big family now and would recommend to anyone.”

“My daughter joined Starlight over a year ago. She really loves the lyrical dance session and what I appreciate is the lack of exams and snobbery at the school. It makes her soul sing to be a part of such an inclusive, dynamic, nurturing and encouraging dance school. “I've been to a lot of different classes here over the years, and the teaching quality has always been great. They've got a ton of nice equipment (which they keep *very* clean), and lessons are always well planned out to challenge each person in the class. I've also done occasional private lessons to work on specific goals, and they've been really helpful each time. The instructors are friendly and approachable, and I'd absolutely recommend Bodybarre to people at any level of fitness. Lots of fun to be had!”

“Amazing place! Completely in love with the atmosphere, instructors and classes! They make you welcome, make you laugh, you end up being part of a massive family. It's not a dance school, it's a community. Classes are catered for all abilities so even if you think you can't dance, they'll teach you step by step with patience and a good enough pace, you just need to commit to it. You'll make new friends and have loads of great time. You dont need to worry you don't have a partner as you'll dance with everyone in your class!!”

There are so many classes to choose from, starting at baby classes for the little ones to acro dance class and street dance and then freestyle and Latin too! The variety of class types available is great, including musical theatre which my daughter loves. “My daughter has been coming here for a year now doing Ballet on Saturday, 45 minute class. She really enjoys her classes with Miss. Emily and Miss Jenny. We absolutely loved the Great Showman performance in the Parr Hall. She loved her beautiful sparkly costume and dancing on the stage. Initially she did not know anyone and now she chats to Jennys mum as she helps her with her muddy football boots and shin pads, (as she come straight off the pitch to ballet) she says her own name for the register and skips into class with a smile. The little things matter and the friendly atmosphere helps her to thrive. I am hoping that the twins will be able to join Little crew shortly. Highly recommended x”
