“Really impressed with the service I received and all for a reasonable and fair price. They were knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy. I have an Escalade and although I have a competent and trustworthy mechanic I’ve been using for years, they just weren’t very knowledgeable or enthusiastic about working on it. It was really refreshing to get a quick and enthusiastic response from Neil to my initial query. This gave me the confidence to take the Escalade on a 360 mile round trip to get it looked at. It was definitely worth spending a million pounds on fuel getting it there and back;) Nearly all my issues were resolved on the day. Neil explained my options for the issues that couldn’t be immediately resolved and was transparent with the costs. This allowed me to make an informed decision on how I wanted to proceed. Rachel was really good with the communication regarding the quote and updates regarding status and collection. Dwayne did a fantastic job on the main bodywork repairs and kindly also re-painted some additional areas as part of the job. Dwayne has great attention to deal and was a pleasure to deal with, as was his Dad :-) I highly recommend Auto Refinish Ltd. “Thomas and Harry are very knowledgeable and are absolute professionals at their job. Came to them to get my alloys refurbished and my rear lights tinted. Because one of my alloys needed welding I collected the car the next day and it was a smashing good job. Wheels are bright gloss black and the rear lights were perfectly tinted. Just in love with what they have done to it, should've seen how my face lit up when I saw the finished product. I was even dropped off back home and picked up after when the job was done. They go many steps further for their customers and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone who needs something doing to their vehicle. They have fantastic after sales service as well, prioritising quality. You can be sure to have a peace of mind when you leave your car with them.”

“We where looking for an outside brake tester to replace our old one. After googling firms we found MRB. They where highly responsive and Alan was quick to come out for a chat with us. Everything was explained to us. Pros/cons.. next steps. Once all paper work was completed and parts delivered. They came out to dig and fit the new brake tester. The work was completed smoothly and without any problems. Very friendly staff. Highly capable of doing the job. Mike- the owner came out to check on several occasions to see all was okay and to check we where happy with the work they had done for us. We where made aware that any problems we could ring them whenever. All technical details where explained to us by Joe- how to use the tablet, the brake tester. Nothing was too much for them. “James on 1st visit not only sourced the issue with my parking assist, after checking all fuses and running a diagnostic test it transpired my warning beeper was no more - of course obvs original part no longer available so with his advice i ordered one that he recommended after we both searched online, on 2nd visit he removed wires from the failed unit and resoldered to new unit and connected to parking sensor box refitted all working great now”

Him and his colleague went above and beyond to get it fixed in one day despite it being heavily corroded therefore taking longer to fix. “The workmanship was excellent but I did feel that the pricing was way off as when the estimator first looked at my car he said the damage would be around £1000 but when the final bill came it was over £2000 which seemed a big difference to me. Thankfully I was not paying but it made me think twice about using them in the future.”
