“This is without a doubt my favourite restaurant. So far, it is the only place I have found outside of Italy to serve fresh, authentic Italian foods. My partner is Italian, and hence a harsh critic. Casa Italia has won his approval and we both come here regularly. It is clear that the people posting negative reviews about frozen food have never eaten here. There is an open kitchen where you can watch the chef cooking delicious food, all from fresh ingredients. Service is attentive, the atmosphere welcoming, and the food exceptional. I would recommend anything on the menu. But for me, two stand out dishes are the polpette Di carne (beef meatballs with a cheese centre) and the formaggi fusi (a bubbling dish of melted Italian cheeses)”

Fantastic customer service form start to finish from initial consultation with Jenna, to site coordinator visits. Jan did a fantastic job painting my cabinetry. “Initially we had lot of apprehension about buying kitchen at Nolte, as we had not heard the name also had not got any friends who had installed it. All that was cleared once we went to Nolte, Wilmslow. Navid was our kitchen designer who helped from design, delivery and installation. He was really good, we had some hiccups as the building was not completed when the kitchen was delivered, Navid then arranged it to stored for us. There was some damages caused by delivery, Nolte were very kind to replace it and Paul, the fitter, came down on Saturday to fit the replacement. In whole Nolte worked as excellent team to deliver our beautiful kitchen!!!! Thanks to the team and special thanks to Navid and Paul.”

“Been having trouble for few weeks trying to return something through Yodel collection from Home Pickup. Been to a few local stores to try and return it & all of them straight away said “no” because the package is too big. I explained all this to the elderly chap working behind the counter and I needed some help to return it. He didn’t have to take it but he did. He has my gratitude and thanks.”

“I came to buy some items for my niece’s wedding after being recommended by a family member. I’m really glad I came because Khuram (owner) was very attentive and took time out to find the items I needed. When I needed to exchange an item, he was really nice about it. Customer service is second to none. I recommended this place to my twin brother who also bought items and had a great experience too. I’m glad I came and will definitely be buying again in future.”

“Since my review below, management have reached out to me and have confirmed their cutlery and crockery is recyclable hence I will add another star to my review. Many thanks for response. Very interesting place for breakfast or lunch in Cheadle. This cafe is definitely a positive addition to the Cheadle community - making it feel more like some of the cafes in Didsbury. It is very clean and had a nice friendly atmosphere. The manegment adhere to the Jewish community, hence this cafe is closed on a Saturday. You will find lots of nice things on the menu and everything is well presented and clean as stated above. The reason I can't give this more than the 4 stars, is based on the disposable plates, knifes and forks and coffee / tea cups. I imagine on a good day this Cafe must go through a lot of disposable waste. Not sure if any of this is recyclable (but I have no proof) so effectively this cafe could contribute to world pollution (perhaps comments from management will put me right on this issue). It would be good to have notices saying the cutlery , crockery is all recyclable as this would get another star from me. And lastly but not leastly there is only one Vegan option on the menu. As we all know Veganism is on the rise and it is always good to have more Vegan options on the menu. On the other hand for the Jewish community it isn't an essential - but for the public it might be. In conclusion I would recommend this place as it gives a fresh look to the Cheadle community and it is clean. Worth a visit if you are in Cheadle.”

“Took my neice for her first piercing (navel) here, Lee was absolutely incredible, took time to make sure placement and bar length were perfect. The entire process was smooth and we couldnt ask for a better experience. We returned a few weeks later just for reassurance on the healing, and Lee was once again fantastic at putting our minds at ease. Thank you so much! We won't go anywhere else for piercings now. ♥️”
