One thing I liked was the man we ordered with didn't automatically steer us towards the most expensive appliances when we were asking questions to make our decision. He was v helpful and knowledgeable. I was particularly impressed when they delivered our washing early for us- the next day after asking -as our old one broke, for no extra charge.
