There are so many classes to choose from, starting at baby classes for the little ones to acro dance class and street dance and then freestyle and Latin too! The teachers and principal are so welcoming and really do pay so much attention to all the children and make them feel like they can achieve anything. Couldn’t recommend it enough!”

They sorted decoration, food and party bags (which were brilliant). The space is perfect for free play for a big group of kids and everyone loved it. Staff are so kind and helpful too. “Zero gravity has honestly changed my life in so many ways. I joined zero gravity just over a year a go with no confidence, no body strength and definitely a lot of extra weight. Since joining my confidence has improved dramatically, I have lost over 3 stone in weight and I still surprise myself every lesson with how much stronger I am. All the instructors are absolutely amazing! They fill you with so much confidence and are so helpful and encouraging. If there is anything you want to work on or improve on they are always there to help. They offer so many different types of workshops and classes from stretch to flow to handstands and believe me I have tried them all. My flexibility has progressed unbelievably since joining there stretch classes. There pole classes are so enjoyable and everyone is so encouraging of each other. It feels just like a family. They even offer private classes where you can choose areas to work on or help with progression. There is literally something for everyone! Absolutely love being a Gravity Girl!”

We absolutely loved the Great Showman performance in the Parr Hall. She loved her beautiful sparkly costume and dancing on the stage. Initially she did not know anyone and now she chats to Jennys mum as she helps her with her muddy football boots and shin pads, (as she come straight off the pitch to ballet) she says her own name for the register and skips into class with a smile. “Alice has been attending dance studio 1 since 2 1/2 years old and is now 15 She went in as a shy toddler and her confidence has grown immensely. She's done numerous exams in ballet,tap and theatre craft. Every 2 years she's taken part in a stage performance open to the public to watch. Because of this Alice had just received a recognition at St Monica's for her dancing and kindness in helping others.Her dancing helped her through the pandemic as it continued throughout on zoom. Honestly, it is one of the amazing places in Manchester from the first moment when you walk in the Receptionist they welcomed us with a smile after that we met Osman Nazar from ACL Lettings he welcomed us and showed us the flat and all the facilities, he was honest with us and helped us through the whole process and I appreciate all his efforts and the support he gave to us. Unlike other agenciesI found that with ACL it was easy to get an appointment and to proceed with the viewing. Osman he did a greart job, he was very professional with us and we felt comfortable in our viewing with no rushing unfortunately like other agencies. I loved all the facilities especially the swimming pool, gym everything was very clean and spotless. I liked the fact that they try their best to give you the best experience while you are staying there.”
