I ordered on 22.04.25 and my sofa bed and kitchen dining were delivered on 25.04.25. Other shops have waiting times of 6-11 weeks. Had I not ordered my beds already I would have got them from here. Delivery guys Darren and Connor were great too! very happy customer”

“First time here. Warm welcome from owner who carried furniture on his head to show Dad. He changed the wheels on an office chair THREE TIMES, bless him. Oodles of second hand furniture and the owner knows where all of it is! FREE DELIVERY in Stretford, only asked for a £5 tip for each of the two drivers, who were darling! A desk, office chair, filing cabinet with files (!) and a small armchair for £80.00! 10 star experience! Thank you so much! Peter and his staff are beyond reasonable!”

“What absolutely brilliant service from Annie at the Trafford Centre Branch. I don’t live near a Lakeland so it was just easier to call and speak to someone about my hesitation on buying a high price item and enquiring what kind of guarantees Lakeland provide. Annie reassured me and explained everything so well and answered all of my questions; I had way too many. The customer service I received was exceptional, Lakeland have found themselves a great employee here. No doubt if I ever go in store there one day, I’ll know who to speak to. Every gaming and fun place can have ups and downs with maintenance and games but it's they way how they handles it and how quickly they act on it We celebrated our twin boys birthday had lots of fun. Unfortunately I forgot the names of staff members but we were booked today afternoon for birthday party 12:00 pm And our host Hijabi girl she was awesome top notch customer service and hospitality. Best place to have kids and adults birthday party or you can just have get together or fun day out as adults or for kids”

“Joanne is incredible!! I booked Joanne a few years ago for my wedding which was due to take place last year and through countless postponements, worries and tears, Joanne has been extremely kind, supportive and overall a fantastic florist. Our wedding took place on 18th September and as soon as she arrived in the morning I was absolutely over the moon - she had grasped my vision better than I ever could've imagined and was also a super happy and calming presence. She created the most beautiful bouquets, corsages and buttonholes for my wedding party which looked and smelt incredible. For my ceremony she created the most wonderful flower arch and styled the area so beautifully with lanterns and petals, all done extremely elegantly and tastefully. And our table arrangements were breaktaking with beautiful foliage and tapered candles, making the most gorgeous and romantic setting. She worked fantastically with all of our other suppliers and created the most beautiful setting for us! I cannot thank/praise Joanne enough and will definitely work with her again in the future. Absolutely 5* service, design and delivery :)”

“Me and my mum went to zizzi on a Sunday afternoon ( expecting it to be busy but pleasantly surprised and was quiet plus school holidays) I had a free birthday meal to use and have been meaning to go to zizzi for a while so perfect opportunity Prior to going already knew what I was getting the vegan aubergine meatball pizza and 6 layer lasagna ( both cooked to perfection and went very well together!) The pizza had a spicy kick , super thin base and delicious toppings while the lasagna had a unique layers with a rich tomato sauce , pesto and crispy kale ( if seen in supermarkets and been tempted to buy from the freezer but glad I had in store ) The service was professional, welcoming and super good with allergens , overall a great time and highly recommend For families , dates , solo the perfect meal that’s reasonably priced , have a range of offers and deals plus if you get the app get perkz like this so the bill was 1/2 price and came to 2 for 1 on mains plus had a cider”

Thanks to Karl and the team, they were able together someone in to help me get that sorted as I'm a single mum with 2 children and struggle along. These guys are a fantastic team.
