Calming lighting and music, gorgeous smelling oils and amazing all over body massage that relaxed me for hours. The facial was great as well - lots scrubs and lotions and my skin felt so fresh and soft afterwards. I can be a bit sensitive to some creams but not so much as a blemish this time. I always book through fresh, who have my card details online - which I have had to manually enter, and understand the late cancellation fees, however I book 2 months in advance and love that I can do this.
