“Last night, I called in for a takeaway pizza. There was a tiny issue with the timing as the place was so busy but it was absolutely nothing to concern myself about. But ,because of this, the young lady serving me, Victoria, could not have been more helpful. I left wood fire smoke with a smile on my face only get home to eat the usual delicious pizza that I always order. If you have never been to this restaurant, then it’s time you did. I wholeheartedly recommend it as the pizzas are the best in town and staff are lovely.”

“This is without a doubt my favourite restaurant. So far, it is the only place I have found outside of Italy to serve fresh, authentic Italian foods. My partner is Italian, and hence a harsh critic. Casa Italia has won his approval and we both come here regularly. It is clear that the people posting negative reviews about frozen food have never eaten here. There is an open kitchen where you can watch the chef cooking delicious food, all from fresh ingredients. Service is attentive, the atmosphere welcoming, and the food exceptional. I would recommend anything on the menu. But for me, two stand out dishes are the polpette Di carne (beef meatballs with a cheese centre) and the formaggi fusi (a bubbling dish of melted Italian cheeses)”

“been to Caramello for their Sunday roast, I had their roast chicken, which was absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned, and bursting with flavor. Paired with crispy roast potatoes, fresh vegetables, and a rich, savory gravy, creating the ultimate comfort meal. Their pistachio & raspberry was fantastic, just the right balance of flavors. If you’re looking for a top-notch Sunday roast, I highly recommend Caramello. I’ll definitely be back!”

The service was fantastic from start to finish – the staff were so kind, attentive, and especially thoughtful in accommodating a disabled person my mum, which made the evening even more enjoyable and comfortable. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, although on a Friday evening it was a little on the noisy side – but that’s only because the place is clearly popular and full of people enjoying themselves. “Visited yesterday. Knew the food would be good because I've been before but I just wanted to leave a review to say how amazing the service was. So polite, attentive and to be honest the best restaurant service I've had in a while! Also, as they were about to shut the kitchen, an elderly gentleman who i assume must be a regular came in and they didnt even tell him they were closing, they just served him and it honestly warmed my cold icy heart ❤️ 100% recommend a visit.”

“We went for our Golden Girls xmas meal so just a small group of 4 now and it was lovely. We prebooked a Monday Evening 3 weeks in advance. We have usually only gone in the day time and the place is lovely and the staff are always very nice. They do the best coffee and we wanted tp try it at night as we hear its a different experience. So we decided this year although we are a smaller group now we would go there. It was lovely with all the lights and decor. It had a very nice friendly family, feel to it. I would highly recommend. They serve Nice food and the atmosphere is very welcoming and not intimidating which is what you want. We will continue to go there in the days for the fresh and well presented brunch foods and the best coffee locally but on special occasions they are also definitely good for an evening visit.”

“My son and my daughters birthday treat. We didn't book, thee restaurant was busy and we were asked to wait a few minutes whilst a table was being prepared. I ordered the pan fried Salmon, the better half ordered the chicken sizzler, the birthday boy ordered the bang bang and the birthday girl a Chicken burger (yes she's your typical 11 year old. The foodwas geat topped with excellent service from Asad. He treated the birthday twins to the best cheesecake I've ever tasted and a Brownie. Food 10/10 Service 10/10”

Then came the lamb shank… unbelievably tender. It didn’t just “fall off the bone”—it practically handed in its resignation. Silky, rich, and cooked with the sort of patience I wish my smart meter had. My wife’s dishes were just as impressive. Every bite looked like it transported her somewhere peaceful—meat and chicken both juicy enough to make you rethink every dry dish you’ve ever tolerated in life. I didn’t manage to grab photos of everyone else’s food, but trust me, the table was full of happy faces and clean plates. If you’re thinking about coming here for dinner, do it. The food’s on point, the service feels natural, and the décor gives the place a warm, modern charm. Fully recommend.”

The restaurant is clean, the service is smooth and fast, and the staff was truly excellent. As for the food, the fillet steak with green peppercorns was superb, the seafood risotto was excellent, and the breaded cheese. “We visited MyLahore for lunch today for the very first time, and our experience was made absolutely exceptional thanks to our server, Nadeem. From the moment we were seated, he was warm, welcoming, and attentive in the most genuine way. We both ordered the Chicken Dum Biryani, and when Nadeem brought the dishes over, he took the time to carefully cut into the dums for us. The moment he lifted the lid, the aroma was incredible—and the biryani inside was beautifully cooked. Perfectly tender chicken, fragrant rice, and so full of flavour. His presentation made the experience feel even more special. Nadeem’s professionalism, kindness, and pride in the food truly elevated our first visit. “Al tayyba had very good food, good portion of both dishes which were Qabily palau and kofta kebab on rice. The price was good as well compared to the quantity of food we were given. Ambiance of restaurant was also excellent.”
