I am generally seen on time and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes once I arrive. I'm not a fan of people opening my mouth and shoving in small vacuums and metal contraptions in there, however, I'd rather have it done here than anywhere else I've ever been to.”

Chris is very open, honest, and friendly, always giving clear and genuine advice. They were kind enough to accommodate my lateness and even booked me in with the hygienist the same day, as I couldn’t come back for a few weeks. The hygienist was absolutely top-notch — did a fantastic job and kept checking if I was okay throughout. The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Truly professional and caring service from start to finish. Highly recommend!”

“I joined the practice as a postgrad more than 20 years ago and have always had my teeth well looked after by Mr. Mohammed as an NHS patient. Recently I decided to have Invisalign treatment for my crowded teeth and it went very well. Mr. Mohammed was upfront about how the procedure worked, how long it would take, and that I'd need to wear the retainer nightly afterwards. The whole process was efficient, effective, and painless. At the end Mr. Mohammed neatly touched up a couple of uneven sections with composite, and I finished the process with visibly straighter teeth. I'm now 8 months after the treatment finished and my teeth are still looking good!”

“One conspicuous feeling you have in this store is how Neat the floor is. It's well ventilated and well lit here. They are well stocked. I went here to see the pharmacist for my Yellow fever vaccine which I had booked in advance from their website. They were very polite and explained stuff to me well. I would always recommend Boots to everyone.”
