I was served by a gentleman called Dillion, he really understands his customers and was exemplary in which he held himself whilst attending to his customers, from observation he anticipated customers needs and was well presented, well spoken & polite. “10 min walk to Trafford Centre. 5 min walk to pub next door. Not a scenic part of the world. Views are A-roads or vacant plots. Clean, large rooms. Modern feel. Ensuite with soap/shampoo. Breakfast was part of the deal and this was selection of help yourself hot and cold items. There is a bar in the hotel. The hotel does serve food until 9.30pm and pizzas are 24hrs room service. Car park gets busy - £5 for one night. Arrive early to get a space.”

“Not my first review, but another stay of over a week at this hotel. Decent location, glad I'm not parking on the grounds though with a £3 daily fee, when it was free till recently. Staff terrific again. Special shout out to Bruce who was brilliant with our reservation, as well as Amar and Hannah, who are fantastic. Finally, we often get in very late and see Nathan, who does the graveyard shift, and is another terrific member of staff. All the best to everyone and see you again soon, I'm sure.”

“Went on Saturday night to see a unpopular film. it was a great experience, as zero queues, quick to get snacks. great seat positioning (right in middle of screen). the screen was great, sound awesome. Clean. and even the "cheaper" seats were comfortable with lots of leg room for a 6ft man.”

I received email confirmation, followed by a phone call from Hamza who was brilliant and put my mind at rest. Delivery was scheduled for 3 weeks. I received a phone call from Premier who delivered and another call from Hamza. It arrived on time, extremely well wrapped. All sections and absolutely fantastic quality. “Very beautiful space with good food. The options are decent enough for the type of setting. They have a kids menu as well. We had the chicken and bacon club sandwich, sweet potato fries and halloumi fries. The food looked good and tasted really great. Some seats were just beside the window that overlooks the ski. There's also a balcony that gives a good view of the ski”

“We moved to the area around a year ago and our estate agent told us to go here for dinner to celebrate. We didn't get round to it then, but we should've! We came with a group and tried every dish on the menu. There honestly wasn't one average dish, they were all perfectly cooked, creative and beautifully presented. We asked everyone around the table which was their favourite dish and got back at least 6 different answers, so there really is something for everyone. Price wise, I think it's very reasonable. We walked out stuffed, and had wine and desserts for £50/per person roughly.”
