“We decided the kitchen would be closed today so ordered out. Brief conversation on messenger and order placed. The food that came was brilliant. Really tasty and well cooked Definitely recommended”

“I honestly tried to find a problem with this place, but the whole experience, from the warm greeting from the proprietor to the end of the food, you feel like it's a different experience. The quality of the food is sublime, everything cooked to perfection and prepared with such precision and detail that you almost forget that you're having a takeaway burger in your lounge. The owner was very excited and happy to tell us the story of how he got the idea to start this business. Upon hearing we hadn't been before, the owner, as he wanted our opinion on them, he handed us a taste of their Pitt beans, which were incredible. The taste is almost impossible to describe except "wow!" Overall, if you're after an upmarket burger, full of flavors, and sides that will blow your mind, then this is the place for you. There is car parking and also, they are coordinating order collection times brilliantly to avoid gatherings of people at their premesis. Well done guys!”

“I live locally and popped in for a pizza to try it out. Was super impressed with the speed it was made and the quality of the ingredients! I was in and out in less than 10 mins and the pizza tasted lovely, very authentic. Definitely coming back for more!”

“Having a large choice of Indian food in Cheadle village it could be difficult to choose which restaurant you would go to. Not anymore.....The food at Veeda was spectacular serving one of the best curries we've ever eaten. The food was fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. The service was impeccable and nothing was too much. We usually would go to another local Indian restaurant but we now have a new go too.”

“Can’t fault our visit. I normally order for delivery as it’s easier with our baby. Was a pleasant meal and the man on shift was great with our daughter, she was being quite loud and the lovely man came over with things to keep her entertained and it helped massively. Can’t thank him enough, it’s stressful going for a meal with a little one but this man made it that bit easier when he didn’t have to. Thank you! Rasta pasta is unreal”

“Helen street chippy is a fantastic chip shop in peel green. Located on the corner on Helen street. Parking is street parking only but I've never had an issue finding a place. The staff are nice. There's a cold drinks fridge at an average price. The chips are lovely. Two types of curry sauce. Always hot and tasty food. Would recommend and I'm a regular customer here”

“'La Sensationale' Me and my partner have just been for the 1st time, and had a meal on a Saturday evening (6.00pm sitting). The place was packed when we walked in, so we thought that must be a good sign!? All courses were GORGEOUS and the portion sizes, although at first appearance seemed rather small, were actually just right! All staff that served us were lovely; very friendly and polite, which helped to make our visit feel extra special... This included the manageress who clearly runs a very well controlled operation as empty tables were cleared, cleaned and reset in a very fast and efficient manner! “We had gone for a beautiful walk in this village and came across this beautiful restaurant. Unknowingly we went there without booking a table but the hospitality was amazing. The food was top notch with amazing presentation. Loved the food especially the lamb chops and jerk chicken. Recommend this place.”
