Steve was professional and personable, thorough with his assessment and set out a number of options but without pushing any in particular so we could make the choice we felt was appropriate. Fugino played really well getting possession taking the ball up the wing and then putting some brilliant crosses in. However Bunny got the first goal but later, Fugi got a well deserved goal. A few near misses and two goals ruled offside seemed to take the heart out of Villa, and City ran amok.”

“Very, very good venue. The quayside theatre is very small and intimate, but holds a good crowd. We were there to see the "Ideal" stage show (which was absolutely brilliant) and it was a great trip. Two minor issues were that it was unclear when the doors would open, leaving quite a few people like us standing outside in rain and wind, which was not Ideal (see what I did there) Also the toilet roll dispensers are utterly dreadful, where you have to try and pull it out of a very tight opening and it invariably tears close to the holder. You know the ones I'm talking about... The rosé wine is delightful...”

“This morning I called to get my heyfever injection, I managed to get a cheaper rate as they had an offer on. My appointment was booked for 2hrs after my call, I arrived I had a consultation first with a doctor, I explained to her my previous medial history and we decided that the injection was the best option for me. Amy administered my injection, she was so friendly and welcoming, she went through all of the side affects and double checked my medical history also printed off a booklet of information about the injection. Would definitely recommend, fast and easy process”

“Great place just at the start of an estate but very easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Separate waiting areas for cats and dogs which is a great help. I was seen very quickly and the vet was wonderful. It was a little busy as it was the morning but no very long waits. Fantastic service from a very worthwhile charity. You so get asked if you would like to make a donation. Which I did as I have insurance and the donation goes a very long way. Only problem was a very very unhappy and disgruntled cat!!”
